I've been in Real Estate first licensed in 1977 and this company is horribly incompetent at pretty much everything. They ask for information which is 100% supplied to them, then they send multiple emails requesting the same info. Then again another email asking for the same information with an immediate "Retraction" of that email as someone finally caught that mishap. They had the nerve to pull my current lien holder (US Bank) named on my insurance policy and replaced it with them... Carrington.... BEFORE any date of escrow COE, unreal. I contacted my insurer and reversed their improper replacement as that actually put you in "Breach iof Contract" or DEFAUT,, wow amazing incompetence. We own other property "Free and Clear" which they continued to ask for the lien holder and balance/payment information, THERE US NO PAYMENT WE OWN THEM FREE AND CLEAR !!! We are scheduled to close by 11/20/2020 as thst is our lock date on our interest. Our local title company does not have any preliminary documents to even start the escrow. We will not extend this closing and do not need to re-fi especially with this company, it's just a choice for some more home renovations verse using my cash. SO FAR THEY ARE A JOKE ... Let's see if I Update this? Rant Over Done let's see if they contact me now as they are also very hard to get ahold of.
