Our experience with the Gluch Group just keeps getting better and better! Since I initially reviewed them we have bought one more home and listed and sold two others. In April of last year, we decided to hire the Gluch Group as our Realtor to list a condo we owned in the Arcadia area. We had done well on the condo and decided that with the hot market it was a good time to sell. Our previous two experiences working with John were so amazing that it was a no-brainer to have his team list our condo. This particular condo was located in the Boardwalk subdivision which is a super popular Mid Century Modern complex in Phoenix. We had remodeled the home and wanted to get top dollar for it which meant pushing the boundaries of what had been sold in the neighborhood. We were hopeful but also realistic and prepared to drop the price if necessary. He and his team own lots of rental houses and were super helpful helping us navigate what was a really new and stressful situation. Gluch Group In the last three years I have had the pleasure, on two separate occasions, to work with the Gluch Group. Both times I was very happy with the results and, therefore, I would like to share my experience. Three years ago, I contacted the Gluch Group to have them listed my primary home for sale. Soon after my call, John Gluch contacted me directly on video conference to discuss my need, and to explain to me the type of services that he and his team provide. After our initial discussion, John sent Jeremy Lentine, his associate, over to visit me at my home in Avondale, AZ. In that visit, Jeremy explained to me in great details the level of service the Gluch Group provides and what I can expect during the process of selling a house. Jeremy Lentine strikes me as an extremely experienced and knowledgeable realtor. As my listing agent, Jeremy gave me, in that visit, a thorough market analysis in my local area and helped me to decide on the listing price of my property. He also gave me very helpful pointers as how to prepare my home for the best showing condition. The house was sold within 45 days at almost exactly the list price. Throughout this time frame, we were updated several times a week of any development. Jeremy worked tirelessly with various members of his team to handle all the necessary paperwork. The whole process was seamless and much less daunting than I had feared. To be fair, I must say that all members of this group, and not just Jeremy, provided me with an A+ level of service and a very pleasant experience. A few months ago, in November 2018, I contacted the Gluch group again. This time, I am in the market to buy a house. Much to my pleasure, Jeremy showed up to represent us as "buying agent". After a short discussion to understand our need (and our price range), Jeremy accompanied us to view no less that 25 houses. These houses scattered throughout the three cities: Mesa, Chandler and Tempe, AZ. In each of these viewings, Jeremy always took the time to explain to us all the pros and cons of the houses in question. His patience is endless. We truly appreciate the fact that he, and the Gluch group, always considers our satisfaction as their first priority. We never felt that we are being pushed into making an offer before we are ready. In fact, on several occasions Jeremy even advised me against making an offer on a property that he didn't feel would meet our needs. We finally found our dream home. With that, we get to find out how masterful Jeremy is as a negotiator. Trust me! You want a guy like Jeremy to represent you, and not the other side, in a negotiation. We bought the house at the price that we are comfortable with, and with all the repairs included. The Gluch group, once again, coordinated the effort to get all the paperwork done in a seamless manner. In a few months, after moving to our new home, we will be hiring the Gluch group once again to sell our current residence. That will be the third time that we rely on their exceptional service. HUGE shout out to Brennon Foster & Yana Miller! I'm not sure where to begin on their professional efforts, thoughtfulness and patience with my hundreds of questions but I'll start with the seamless experience they both provided from day 1. When i contacted the John Gulch group, the gentlemen I spoke to listen to me and paired me with a realtor (Brennon) who would be compatible with my personality And communication requests. This was the beginning of excellent customer service and it only sky rocketed from there. Brennon is patient, a family man, down to earth and bonus points: he's hilarious! He's a true people person with a gentle heart. He cares for his clients and supports virtually and in-person with grace. As a single mother myself, I always felt safe around him which is very important to my well being, especially these days. My story with house hunting did not begin fun as I was challenged in todays market hardly able to compete with others coming in over my offers, with large amounts of cash and prior to contacting the Gulch group and working with Brennon, my previous realtor was shady and not once went out of his way with any task, actually he forgot to send offers for me at times and after losing 20 offers in the last 3.5 months (no exaggeration), that was when I threw in the towel thinking his skills and communication should be somewhat better than "that". While I'm a realistic person and knew what I was competing with in the market, I knew I deserved to be treated better, at least with improved communication as I waited days to hear from him. If You can imagine, the moment I connected with John Gulch and Brennon, I felt like a queen. They never treated me a certain way because of my budget, as I once experienced prior with the former realtor I found online. I share this experience because buying a home should be exciting, fun and an "enjoy the ride" adventure, and I can confirm first hand you will get a healthy and successful outcome by using John Gulch and Brennons skills. If I could give Gluch Group more stars, I would. I've worked with the Gluch Group team for both buying and selling a home now, and both processes have been completely seamless. The bottom line is they are extremely knowledgeable, keep you informed the entire way, and execute with precision. Buying Side: Huge shout out to Garett who once again helped us lock in the house at the price that was right for us. You could even call him a savant, as the price he told us up front is what we ended up at for purchase and appraisal, which was below the original listing. Her keen eye for the details, sense of space and awareness of buyer sensibilities goes a long way in making sure your home is prepped for success. So, she made sure that Gluch Group was involved in acquiring two more for my new house from Etsy. With the majority of home buyers beginning their search online, it's imperative to have good photos, and boy did we get them. Herman did a tremendous job in capturing our home from a variety of angles that represented it well from the first to last photo. The real kicker was the video, which perfectly captured the flow of the home and made it easy for potential buyers to get a sense of the space. Last, but certainly not least, is the common thread throughout all of my experiences at Gluch Group with Stephanie who handles the coordination of all transactions, buying and selling. Her official title is "Transaction Coordinator"; however, in my mind she is the "Seamless Execution Engineer" in the sense that she keeps the train moving down the tracks, communicative about any "obstructions" and always on schedule. Updating my review because this is now the 2nd home we have purchased with the Gluch Group. If we thought it was too good to be true, or just a singular experience that went well. You have to try again right?? Well we called them up to sell our house they sold us, someone came out and we had photos done(Herman their photographer is AWESOME) they got it up on the market and it sold in ONE DAY!! for more than what we thought was possible, AND sold higher than any other unit in the condominium complex. We couldn't believe it. It just solidified to us that they are the real deal! They are so responsive, their team works hard to make sure everyone is on the same page, and at times when Jeremy or Justin weren't available, we got a call back from Garett, or someone else on the team. They always seemed to know what was going on, like I never had to repeat things or explain something again. Whatever they do behind the scenes works! I was super impressed. Anyway! On to the home buying! We were just so excited and was time to find our dream home! We had to move quickly as our house had just went under contract so time was'a tickin! We got started looking for homes that fit our criteria and found a few that we liked but nothing was quite hitting the spot. When we bought our first place, we had "that feeling" that it was it! So we knew we wanted to have that same feeling again. The Gluch Group also searched through all of their resources and found us an off market property that was EXACTLY where we wanted to be. The house needed a little bit of work and some updating but we were okay with that as thats kind of what we did with our last place. So we wrote an offer and it got accepted! They again, walked us through every step of the way all the way up to closing. They also had some GREAT resources for remodel/contractors to help with getting the projects started that we wanted to get done ASAP. Even the people they referred to us were top notch! All in all, we couldn't have imagined it any better. We went through what was pretty nerve wracking, being selling a home AND buying a home. We were nervous of not having a place to move to when our house closed, and the timelines of all of that. But they strategically made sure we had enough time and negotiated with the other side enough time to make sure we weren't rushed. Like I said, we knew they were good 2 years ago when we first bought, but we were absolutely convinced that they really strive for excellence and are very passionate about what they do this time around. The Gluch Group is FANTASTIC! Not only were we first time home buyers, we also had to help sell a family member's home, as well. We knew nothing about how real estate works, and now we had to sell AND buy a house. Talk about stressful! Thankfully, I was align with three wonderful members of the Gluch Group. Each person helped streamline the process, and made it extremely easy for us to understand. They worked as a team to help us achieve our goals. Jeremy Lentine was our listing agent. He came to our consultation with a binder containing very detailed information on the house we're trying to sell, the neighborhood, and so much more. Not only that, he even arrived with offers on the house. The house already had buyers before we even decided to list it! Very impressive! Being first time home buyers put us in a very vulnerable spot. However, Brad showed us he had our best interests in mind. He saved us from considering a "lemon". The home we did choose ended up having major issues discovered by our home inspector. We were heartbroken. But Brad worked his magic, and the seller agreed to repair EVERYTHING we asked for. We're very happy in our new home thanks to Brad! Stephanie Brewer was our amazing "coordinator". She handled everything in between, and worked with my lender/title to make sure we closed both homes on time. We had a unique situation, and Stephanie handled it flawlessly. We had plenty of hiccups along the way, but Stephanie and team resolved them all. In the end, I don't think it would have gone as smoothly if this was done elsewhere. The most admirable quality shared amongst them, is how responsive they are. Most of the time their response is freakishly fast (within minutes of sending an email/text). Stephanie even picked up the phone on her day off! Communication with them was always great. They always kept us updated, and we never once had to wonder what's going on. They took wonderful care of us and help made this exciting, yet nerve-racking, monumental event in our lives very special. Without hesitation I highly recommend the Gluch Group. Wow, OMG! This is the Cadillac of all realtors! I worked with many realtors before. This is a group operation. But unlike other groups, these people are available to you, professionally, at any time within half an hour notice! With most realtors, even the ones in a group setup, they are not always available and sometimes you have to wait up to a few days. And Each realtor within these groups is independent, there is no cooperation and no assistance from the group if your realtor is not available. So what's the point of the group set up? It's bad! But with the Gluch Group they literally all work together, all of them are always in the know of each other's accounts, so if your personal realtor is not available, they always have another realtor from the office to show you around, or help sign a contract, within no more than half an hour notice! You are taken care of at all times, with the most professional service. Unheard of!! You never feel you are just a number. Garett Chetham, my personal realtor was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I live 2 hours away, he checked out the condos for me in advance, he knew what I was looking for, so I didn't have to do the long drive. He was literally an extension of myself! He was ALWAYS available, at almost any time of the day. If he wasn't available, he made sure somebody from the office would be there for me within literally minutes! Garett is dedicated to you from the beginning to the end. I never felt he was busy with other clients or other important things. He always answered the phone, and was always available. He made me feel I was the only client he was dealing with! I don't know how he did this. Amazing. Other realtors either don't always answer, or say they will get back to you in a few hours, or even the next Day! ...Garett is extremely professional but what's even more important is that he is patient and knows how to listen. No budget is too small for him. My budget was low. He stayed with me until I found my dream condo. Other realtors dropped me if I didn't find a place within a month! I was shocked. They say time is money. True, but I will never work with such a realtor. This is one of the most professional teams ever! They truly care too! There is a heart there. Team work making our dreams work!! Connor and I had the wonderful experience working with both Kevin and Casey with the Gluch Group to find our permanent placement after a recent transfer to AZ from the east coast. Being so new to the area, we really wanted to find an agency that was reputable and one we could trust to make this big decision. Immediately we felt our needs and concerns were heard as we started the house/condo hunting process with this group. My fiancé and I knew nothing about the real estate market prior to calling the Gluch Group. What we did know is that we wanted to make a smart investment and they have a cult following of old and new clients who are crazy about the team.
