Knowledge: - When you're coming to a new place and you know absolutely nothing about the various communities it's invaluable to have an agent who knows the area like the back of his hand. - Eric's knowledge of the market and of virtually every individual city, town, and community in Miami is beyond helpful because it helps you quickly learn how Miami is actually set up and organized. Eric could honestly open up his own Tour Guide business, that's how knowledgeable he is of the Miami area and when you're looking for a place to live and grow you want to be near certain things that are important you. Grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, shops, etc. If you deal with an amateur realtor sure you might find a really nice place, but after a month or so you'll slowly start to realize that the location surrounding the place is awful. 2.
