But Duane at Farm Bureau got back to me with the quote exactly WHEN he promised I'm not great on the phone so I had asked him for a cell I could text. Good thing. When he called as promised I was in a meeting so I texted him back. As soon as he was available he replied. Once he had all the info he needed to get a quote on an old mobile home, he got me a quote FAST...like in a few minutes! In the meantime I had never heard back from the other nice guy! So I texted him. He never replied. So I called him and listened to his message say he had to go out for a meeting and would return the next day. Next day...not in...another message. After all Duane's helpfulness I discovered my agent in Nevada is able to write the policy and it's just so much easier for me to keep everything with one agent. But I can say that, should I ever need Insurance in Payson my first call (actually TEXT) will be to Duane, because he was just as nice after I explained I'm going with my home agent, as he was when I first spoke with him. His actual reply in the text was " No problem. That is my job. Anytime". I have ALWAYS found the staff to be polite, courteous and professional. This has been my bank for…read moreover 20 years and while other banks, including the big one that started in San Francisco, have made some serious accounting errors and even "lost" cash deposits made after hours, this bank has never made one mistake in my statements. The officers have access to good legal and other banking departments if they are unfamiliar with any procedures and we use them for small investment accounts when necessary. The above "review" sounds more like a racist jab at white people, given the content and source, and I'm surprised that Yelp allowed it, then suppressed another review which is favorable. Perhaps the visitors were wearing some clothing article identifying them as from the Bay area? There was a Phoenix Suns game that weekend against the Golden State Warriors, which might've explained the bank personnel's attire - as some businesses support their local teams on game days. These people from S.F. were probably just a little (unjustifiably) paranoid, being in the mostly white, conservative little town of Payson . . .
