This has been my bank for…read moreover 20 years and while other banks, including the big one that started in San Francisco, have made some serious accounting errors and even "lost" cash deposits made after hours, this bank has never made one mistake in my statements. The officers have access to good legal and other banking departments if they are unfamiliar with any procedures and we use them for small investment accounts when necessary. The above "review" sounds more like a racist jab at white people, given the content and source, and I'm surprised that Yelp allowed it, then suppressed another review which is favorable. Perhaps the visitors were wearing some clothing article identifying them as from the Bay area? There was a Phoenix Suns game that weekend against the Golden State Warriors, which might've explained the bank personnel's attire - as some businesses support their local teams on game days. These people from S.F. were probably just a little (unjustifiably) paranoid, being in the mostly white, conservative little town of Payson . . .

I have my personal and business accounts with BBVA and I have been banking with them for over 15 yrs.
