They also seemed to specialise in Beignets and Cuquettes which are a sweet crispy puff pastry. They had samples and were quiet tasty. They had large and small sizes. I had a small version to take away. It was definitely deliciux, crispy bite and then sweetly melted away like a crispy bite of cloud.
