His reply to the text- it's rude to text me at this hour. Yet- had it been an offer coming in at 9pm- he wouldn't had replied in such a nasty manner. The listing states 3BA- but there are only 1.5 BA. BIG DIFFERENCE! The listing states 1,880 square feet- but the house is only 1,180 square feet. BIG DIFFERENCE! The listing states a breakfast bar. There is no such thing in this house. He left the listing up on MLS w all these errors- blaming the computer !!! Now there are 3 showings tomorrow morning starting at 9am- so it will be a waste of time for the sellers to get their house ready and a waste of time for the buyers and their agents to come see a house that has a totally incorrect MLS listing. Find an Agent who cares about what he does. One who does quality work. One who appreciates their customers. And definitely one who proofreads his listings before they go live.
