Tanya Mock, as well as two or three other local agents were the few that trudged and slogged through the 08-10 recession period which took out contractors, agents as well as any other business that was related to the housing market. It wasnt pretty. Most just gave up. Living almost 3000 miles away and deciding to sell our Snohomish house was the first step in deciding on an agent to be the gate keeper. You want an agent that does it as a dedicated full time job, not someone who is doing it as a side activity part time. They need to be there for you. I got to know agents Steve & Bev pretty well, they have always been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. In my most recent sale there was a problem that the other party, including their agent. I was worried that this would cost me time and lots of money. I was introduced to the manager Matthew and I couldn't believe how helpful and professional he was. The situation seemed like it was chaotic and impossibly complicated. Matt brought a calming energy and a level of understanding that deescalated the situation almost immediately.
