We booked an appointment that matched both our schedules even though he offered to come sooner!…read more Loi was on time... a bit early! The snow and roads did not delay him as much as it did me! He promptly identified the pump that failed in my washer and had a replacement in his vehicle. Took him a few minutes and the deed was done! He left me the parts to verify the work (thank you!) I appreciated his care and cleaning up making the work look effortless (and I know it wasn't!). He had to make some electrical connections for the replacement pump and it was working on no time! I will happily pay for his expertise any day!

Loi Nghiem came; he couldn't find anything wrong. He said he could give me 10 dollars off the 90 dollar service call if I paid cash. He also cleaned underneath my stove (40 dollars- a discount of 30, he said). He refused to give me a receipt because he gave me a discount. I am reporting him to the cra and consumer ripoffs. Obviously, he is not claiming the money on his taxes. What a jerk. It is illegal to not provide a receipt when a customer requests one.

I believe she is a no…read morenonsense one person operator for the most part and doesn't have time to molly coddle people who waste her time or don't know what they want. If you expect the polished slick sales person go somewhere else. I think she's a sweetheart and treats you well if you respect her for her for the service she provides. She's ordered parts for me, called when they came in (always on time) and the price is right.
