While you're telling him that your laundry is not working he will retort by telling you all of his family problems and how much money everything costs. News flash Alex, WE DON'T CARE!! We pay then rent, you maintain the place. It's an agreement as old as time. We never had any sort of financial hiccup during all of COVID, never asked for any sort of help and he sh*ts all over his tenants by not caring about their safety or well-being. In fact, when he attempted to fix the mold last year he then insisted that we sign a 'hold harmless' agreement so he couldn't get sued. Again, it's all about him and nothing about his paying clients. He has a reputation for selling the entire east Hollywood neighborhood to AirBnBs and has greatly contributed to that cancer spreading through the neighborhood. Stay away from him.
