He coerced them into giving him payments over the phone using their debit card, telling them that he would handle their bankruptcy. They got ripped off well over $1000.00, and they never got anything from him but a request for a "DSO signature page". He should be disbarred!!! Oh, and he has a buddy (who uses an alias) with a separate business that lets him use his phone number, (both phone numbers have been disconnected). This guy is SO slimy, he's in just about every advertising page there is, and I've found several different addresses that are listed for him. Reverse searches on his phone numbers bring up lots of weird stuff too. Believe me, I'm not even close to being done digging up dirt on this piece of s#it.

Back in 2008 I was in a bad work-related accident and as the case drug on for over 7 years until they convinced me to settle in 2015. Well, as it turned out AETNA Insurance got more settlement money as a refund to my medical insurance that had covered my medical expenses while the case was being handled, then we got. We did settle the case based on their recommendation, but as of today I am still paying for the accident and I am so sorry that I settled when they recommended that I do that. Since 2015, I have had to have a neck fusion, several finger and wrist surgeries from gripping the steering wheel, a shoulder replacement.
