They held my tax information hostage for over a month. We completed the taxes in office but needed…read moreto give him a decision on how we would like it to be filed. We emailed him and he said he would get if finished. We called the office numerous times and were told it wasn't done or it would be by noon that day. We also sent emails that were ignored. When we finally spoke to him, he half apologized. At that point I just wanted to get it over with. When I realized I needed to add another document, I brought it to the office and was told they would get back to me. I never signed my taxes, but they are now being deposited in my bank. How is this possible?! DO NOT use this unprofessional, untrustworthy office! They are only out for money and overcharge for services they took over a month to even respond to! They made me feel awful. I expected so much better and am left with the bad taste of distrust in my mouth.

Got charged $20 more than last year while it took us half the time (around 30 minutes). Not to mention that they had "lost" my appointment and I had to wait 30 minutes, they didn't offer compensation for that either, so I paid $175 for 30 minutes tax return.

Reading statements with zero conviction and stumbled over his own words. Did not actually know what a IEP even was. Stopped responding to my text messages. We trusted him and his advice and it was the worst thing we could have ever done and now my 1st time offender son sits in jail with more jail time than others who have done far worse AND we are out a big chunk of money. Zero gonads and speaks to the judge like he is about to bear his testimony instead of defending his client. It is doubtful that he has ever been to trial for these types of cases, though he claims to represent this type of law. I could not be more disappointed with his service. Super nice guy and would make a wonderful Grandfather or someone to play golf with but don't hire him as your attorney and let him take your hard earned money.
