For the 2022 Gala we decided to hire Pioneer Media and we could not have asked for more. Bryndon and his company went above and beyond our expectations! He got on conference calls, asked questions and took the time to make sure he was prepared for the evening leading up to the event. He paid close attention to detail. His turn around was fast with a quality that was so much more than what we were hoping for. Somehow, this extravagant event that we have often struggled to describe was all captured in a simple highlight video. We were also provided with longer clips throughout the evening that are beautifully edited and organized for us. It's obvious that Pioneer Media really cares about the product they are producing. We are so grateful for the memories (and perfect marketing piece) we now have from this years event and we look forward to working with them again next year.

They were always very responsive and had many pre-wedding phone calls with us to go over everything in detail. They are extremely organized and have a fantastic system for how they plan everything leading up to the wedding day. Lynette was especially wonderful at counseling us on how to effectively get photos with difficult family members and was so helpful when we needed to change our wedding plans due to covid. Day-of, the entire team was incredible. We had 4 shooters total and the way they coordinated with each other to keep the day running on time was very impressive. I, as the bride, was especially relieved to have Lynette take charge and help us stay on schedule. The whole team was lovely, unobtrusive yet ever-present, and very covid-compliant. In addition to the modern digital cameras, they used this lovely very old school camera that produced photos that went really well with the Art Deco theme of our wedding. Our biggest concern with the photography for our wedding was that it would all be indoors, this lacking the sunlight that helps for outdoor photography. Amaranth did a fantastic job with the photos, using the space and unique lighting circumstances. We happily recommend them to any of our friends that are looking. You'll look at your photos over and over again, it's one of the things that you want to make sure it's done well. Make sure they are in your short list.

Then a few days before our photos, I reached back out because I hadn't heard from her, and she said she never booked it because we "didn't have a deposit or contract," which I had asked about! And when you run a business, you would think that you would send a contract out right away. I luckily found someone professional at the last minute who did a wonderful job. From now on, I will go with hiring real photography companies and not just a random person with a camera.

At my rehearsal, she helped my entire wedding party feel confident and prepared, and I always felt comfortable leaning on her when I wasn't sure how something should go. On the wedding day, I was completely stress-free getting ready with my bridal party because I knew Daniellee was handling everything behind the scenes. She took care of small issues at the venue without ever involving me, allowing me to fully enjoy my day. As an event director in my everyday life, I was convinced that I didn't need a day-of coordinator, but I couldn't be more thankful I decided to work with Daniellee. When we connected ~6 weeks before my wedding, Daniellee did a great job stepping in and managing the plan I had already put in place: getting a handle of my timeline, vendors, and vision for the day and identifying the areas where I thought I would need the most help. My wedding was semi-destination (I'm NYC-based) and Daniellee's knowledge of the Kingston/Saugerties area was super helpful. We were lucky to have access to our venue on the Friday before the wedding to do some decorating and host our rehearsal and Daniellee was more than willing to work with our schedule and dive into help us with decorations and running the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, Daniellee did everything in her power to ensure I was informed about everything that was going on but never had to stress about the details. She did it all-- from picking up bagels for the bridal suite to putting together healthy and delicious snack trays to assembling 15 eucalyptus wreaths-- she even talked me off the ledge during a freak pre-ceremony rainstorm! She also did a fantastic job managing a complicated shuttle schedule, ensuring all my guests arrived on time and had a safe journey home. Last, but certainly not least, Daniellee is an incredibly kind and energetic person to be around. She checked in on my husband and I throughout the reception, made sure a breast-feeding guest was taken care of and, when our polaroid wall was looking a little thin, ran around at the end of the night taking candids and selfies. She was prompt and did her job as she said she would in terms of showing up for a meeting, being at the wedding on time and then getting us the cd of the wedding. However, the quality of the photos she took was mediocre and to a large measure unprofessional and once we made our selections for prints it took her 5 months to get us the photos. We patiently waiting and emailed (infrequently) to find out the status and she offered no explanation of any kind--just asking us to continue to be patient. When we finally received the photos they were of a quality that was worse than what my husband had printed out from the cd on our home printer. She did not even send one extra print to thank us for our patience and the quality was so poor that we will not use them for anything. With all the choices out there, I recommend trusting your important day to someone else.
