Didn't even know they were there unless they were talking directly to us (stealthy!). Captured so many gorgeous photos and fun candids. They took our preferences into account- we got the types of photos that were important to us (and more!) and they were in the style we hoped for- natural, did not look heavily edited (and if they were you'd never know it!). Video clips and 1 min video montage were WONDERFUL. Many guests have commented how nicely they captured the essence of our day. Having both of them there was perfect - not only were they able to catch both sides of the wedding party getting ready in separate locations, but also the different angles of the same moments. In photographs I typically have either RBF or a double chin because I'm usually laughing. I also cringe at the standard posed wedding photography and knew right off the bat that it would be a mission to find a wedding photographer that would be up for the challenge. So if you're like me, you may dread the thought of choosing a wedding photographer. It was by chance that I came across CMP's photographs while browsing on Pinterest. They immediately caught my eye; they were editorial, intimate and full of personality. Bottom line - stunning. Fortunately CMP had one photographer available for our date -- Danny. We lucked out because he is not only extremely talented in his craft, but also a total gem of a person. The photographs from our engagement shoot (WHICH COMES WITH YOUR PACKAGE AND IS AN AMAZING BENEFIT OF CMP'S SERVICES) made it immediately clear that Danny has a superb eye and was able to capture our personality as a couple. I've been non-stop spamming friends and family with our wedding photographs since we've received them; and which Danny delivered in record time. I'm in complete awe of how Danny was able to capture the vibe of our wedding in such a natural way. He had met with us before the wedding to get to know us better as a couple; what our hobbies are, what locations in NYC are important to us, and what activities we found meaningful together. We had a great time chatting away about wedding photos and what we were envisioning for our special day. He was extremely organized and able to guide us through questions we had and also ones we didn't know to ask. Weddings can be difficult to navigate but Boris's expertise and experience was reflected in his advice and recommendations. Fast-forward to our wedding day and Boris arrived at our home with a smile on his face and an arsenal of photo gear that somehow fit in just one bag. He made sure that no moment was left unphotographed and he left a personal touch that was exceptional. He made every moment of our wedding day count.
