One other piece of advice for all doctor appointments anywhere: Do not allow yourself to be blackmailed by any doctor office that states they will not call in a totally unrelated (non-narcotic) prescription unless you make appointments first, for totally unrelated other areas; such as stating you can't have your life necessary thyroid medication unless you get a pap smear (???!) at their office, you may have a OBGYN you prefer that you go to - so how would this be related? This is your health, your choice.

Absolutely abhorrent patient care. Three separate times I have waited on this facility to send…read moreprescriptions to the pharmacy. Twice sent to a completely wrong pharmacy. Had to wait four hours just to speak to someone to inquire as to whether a RX was even sent. It wasn't. The facility does not write hard copies of prescriptions, so you're literally just waiting on the mood of the staff if you need any type of medications dispensed. Their office manager doesn't work in the office and doesn't take calls.

I did not feel treated with kindness or respect. The overall Customer service and compassion matter in healthcare, and this visit did not meet those expectations.
