The obscene prices aside, just checking the designs in this place is very inspiring to me! but I had the chance to go there today, and was served by a young lady who was keen to help and not to sell- which was nice of her - she even came to me apologizing for getting busy with other customers and left me on my own!! that was extremely nice and because of her nice manners I decided that I have to buy- Have isn't the right word- I want to buy many things in there, but can't afford. Anyway, I decided on a lovely pair of earings that retailed for £150 as a norm in these places you are not allowed to try the earings on!! hygienic reasons!! so I got to put them as close as possible to my ears in order to check if the design suits my face. went to the cash and waited to pay - as someone was in front of me in queue - and sales lady said good bye the woman in front of me went crazy for the earings and the cashier let her try my earings on (forget hygienic reasons- they only applicable on some idiots like me) I was shocked to say the least- but then I told myself calm down I will ask her to give me a new pair of course there wasn't another pair in the store and on computer stock system! the cashier tried to say that there is nothing wrong if another one tried them on and I should buy them!! the point that drove me insane is that you either have a clear policy of hygiene and earings or not I was buying it and I wasn't allowed to put it near my ears!! where as other was very welcome to try it on it is a shame I didn't get my earings and a shame that sales assistants in this store don't abide to clear rules

Their prices seemed very competitive compared to other UK based retailers, although I didn't feel comfortable about buying something so expensive from a company I'd never heard of. I gave them a call and explained what I wanted to buy, and they gave me all the details about the diamond certification, postage and timeframes. After that I found a diamond and setting that matched my budget and placed the order. After about 10 days from the inital order confirmation, I received an email to say my order was in the workshop, and a couple of days after that was emailed to either arrange delivery or visit their store in Hatton Gardens, London to view the diamond. I felt going to their store defeated the point of shopping online, so opted for the ring to be posted to me, and it arrived the next day. I was impressed with the diamond itself, especially how much it sparkled, the wooden box it came with, and the GIA certificate and insurance valuation. More importantly, my girlfriend (now fiancé) was even more impressed! Definitely recommended if you're looking for a good diamond without the hassle of going to a jeweller.

The employees were very nice and helpful...once I was able to get their attention. People might think it's crazy to pay so much money for crystal ornaments that will probably never be used just looked at...and I agree but I try to purchase the necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and anything I will use, I did end up purchasing a flash drive pen...which I absolutely love!! This wasn't my favorite Swarovski store but I liked the service and it carried the pen I wanted because I looked elsewhere and they were sold out.

At what point in your life do you look at that empty space on your shelf and think it would be best filled by a couple of crystal ornamental pandas sitting in an uncomfortably natural pose chewing crystal bamboo? I am not making this up. This is actually what I saw in the Swarovski window on Regent's Street. Weirder still the description claimed it was making a 'hint' towards the protection of the species. A hint? I think maybe the WWF would prefer a square chunk of the £265 price tag you're charging! The jewellery selection in here is not actually so bad and a couple of more tasteful pieces sit upon the shelves. However, for the prices charged here I'd prefer diamonds! Staff are quite helpful but very 'into' crystal and its superior properties. I found this whole sales technique a bit creepy and shuffled out of the shop quite quickly. The success of the Swarovski brand proves that it must be doing some thing right but I just can't figure out what.

You can buy gorgeous jewellery straight from the displays, but you they also make bespoke pieces and they will spend as long as you need advising you on the best designs, metals and stones, with no hard sell or pressure to buy. They also sell a range of high-end watches and they do repairs and cleaning. If you are looking to buy something special, I would definitely recommend popping in to Pravins - you won't be disappointed.
