I had two cavities filled by them and subsequently had to return twice in the following week after having it done because I couldn't bite down on the tooth with the new filling without pain. They ended up taking the filling out and placing a temporary filling, stating that something technical must have gone wrong during the first filling. I still experienced pain with the temporary filling, so they told me I most likely need a root canal now. When I asked if they will be paying for it since the nerve damage was the result of a mistake they made in a filling, they said they would only be putting what I paid for the cavity toward the root canal, which was only about $50... the dentist herself didn't even come out to give me this news, the tech told me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to their office.

Later I cold cocked him innocently.( Dr P said "raise your hand if it hurts." After starting to drill immediately after giving me the shot. I kept raising it. He kept drilling. The dentist hit the nerve. My clenched fist shot up and caught him in the jaw. So I truly appreciate a great dentist. Oops!! I was 11.)
