They also have a great collection of soils for specialty plants This is where we also go to get our propane tanks refilled. If you need to do that you leave your tank by the filling station you go in and pay for it and then someone will come out and fill it for you and load it in your vehicle, if you would like . They even have landscaping rocks as well .

On the check out counter top there is taped down verbiage regarding returns, restocking fees etc. The taped down return verbiage also stated that store management had the authority to adjust the returns criteria as needed. My returned product was subject to a restocking fee, however I was returning for an exchange of the exact item. The manager refused to waive the restocking fee. Instead of putting the customer first and honoring the exchange without a fee, the manager chose to charge the fee. I was a happy customer until this return event took place. I will not have anything positive to say about the St. Augustine Harbor Freight store management moving forward.

I spent 10 minutes by myself trying to compare when John arrived, though he clearly had things he would prefer to do. The combo on display, XFD10SY, had a display price of $199. The same model, XFD10SY, in a box below had a price in front of it as $179. On the shelf beside it was model CT225SXY with a price in front of it of $199. So, my first question was, is the price of XFD10SY $179 or $199? My second question is what's the difference between XFD10SY and CT225SXY? With this John began to get impatient with my ignorance. Each time I tried to rephrase these questions, John got more perturbed to the point that I didn't feel safe engaging with him further and left the store. John is bit of a hot head, who probably is more suited to a position not dealing with the public. I'm 67 years old. Being bullied by a customer service representative was the last thing I expected on a Sunday afternoon.

Either the owner does not want business, or they have an employee that is supposed to open the store, but is not doing their job. Either way, this owner needs to decide if they want customers to come back, and if they do, they need to open during their advertised hours.
