This was some impressive service. I was really impressed with how he came over to fix our car. We had a nail in the tire and he was able to come within the hour to fix the patch. The price was very reasonable and the service was awesome. He even went the extra mile to check and see if the other tires were flat at all or had any nails in it. After putting off getting my battery checked for a few weeks, I got myself stuck at home with a dead battery. I called and Ismael picked up right away, had the battery in stock, and said he could be there in 1.5 hours. He confirmed when he was headed my way, arrived on time. He replaced the battery super fast and even Checked my alternator (2010 Honda Pilot). I don't know Gator battery brand, but it came with a 2 year warranty and the whole thing was a better deal than my usual mechanic AND I didn't have to leave my house. Highly recommend!!! read more

I am writing this review for Ismael. My battery died in my car. My battery, that I bought from the dealership less than eight months previous. Ishmael explained why that battery died so quick... because it was too small for the car and it was a crappy brand.... so thank you very much Lehman Hyundai for overcharging me and giving me a wrong size battery for my car, and a crappy brand... for the record my car is a Hyundai... so the dealership should have known better. Ishmael was able to get me a better battery, a fair price, and he was able to get to my house quickly, through crazy traffic. I hope I never need emergency roadside assistance again...but if I do I'm calling him. He's friendly, honest which in this world is extremely rare and he seems like a genuinely nice guy. Battery died at the mall. I called and they came within 20 minutes. Very fast and friendly service.

Started noticing some hesitancy when starting car and knew battery going bad. I immediately made appointment to get battery replaced at car dealership and, you guessed it, battery died the day before the appointment. I thought my only options were to hire someone to charge the battery or tow it to the dealership. Found Ismael of EROAD and they make house calls with new battery for your vehicle. Ismael advised battery size was in stock, could get here quickly and replace the battery on the spot. He kept me updated on ETA and arrived on time. He was very courteous, great communication and battery replacement price was fair plus no sitting in auto service waiting area! He installed Gator brand battery with 2 year warranty. Never heard of this brand so only time will tell the overall quality of this battery but as of today, I'm a happy customer and plan to tell others about this company.
