He cares, he's efficient and affordable. The first time I called him, I called a little early, got his voice mail and left a message. He called back within minutes. I explained my situation and he was on it! He came out the same morning and did a great job! I highly recommend this business! After asking some questions, I was thrilled to schedule with the Gorilla Squad. They showed up on time, told me what they could and could not do and got right to work. A few prep items to save you time: 1) Empty your trunk. 2) Empty your ash trays, change drawer, door cavities and any pouches (like those behind the seats) 3) Remove all charge cords, aux cords and miscellaneous stuff. GG will move all the items, but it is easier if you do so, which allows you to keep these items organized. But what about the work? I had some scuff marks on my side that I was worried about, they made it clear they may not come out. Guess what, it came out and looked fantastic. But so did the rest of the car, in fact you could not tell the difference between the good parts and the bad parts. When I opened up the doors, the interior looked brand new. The Dashboard and wall panels were cleaned all the stains I thought I would love with (think 3 kids) were removed. Very satisfied, plan on using them again. On a Budget: Ask for an exterior wash only. Want to splurge: Have multiple cars ready for a full detail, they can do up to three in a day.

STAY AWAY!! Literally the worst detailing experience I've EVER had. First appointment got cancelled…read moredue to a "scheduling conflict". Employee showed up to 2nd appointment and said they were unable to complete the detail because they didn't have the work van. Employee assured me they'd take care of me and offered to reduce the price of the detail to $250 from $300. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for a 3rd appointment. A gentleman, who I believe to be Desmond Gibbs, showed up to the 3rd appointment and at first glance did a reasonable job on the interior (not bad, nor exceptional) and a mediocre job on the exterior. I was ok with the exterior because I wanted the focus to be on the interior. Upon completion, I was charged full price and I didn't argue or complain. I even received multiple requests for a tip after payment. (HA!) After I returned from vacation, I noticed what looked like liquid in the infotainment touch screen. I peeled back the protective film and confirmed it was in fact liquid inside the display. I immediately reached out to Red Top Detailing and sent pictures. They scheduled an appointment to come out and look at it. When the appointment came around, they NO CALL/NO SHOW me. I'm furious at this point and let Red Top know how I felt. Their response was that I was being disrespectful and have since stopped communicating with me. I've given them multiple opportunities to rectify the issue. At this point, I'm sharing my experience so others can avoid a similar outcome. My next steps will be to file a consumer complaint with the City of Jacksonville to obtain his insurance information and file a claim. It's a shame it's come to this. I'm absolutely disgusted.

Each time I have used them they show up on time. They even give you a window as to when your appointment will be, and then give you a call when they are on their way.
