I contacted this law firm after seeing them advertising on Craigslist and the overwhelmingly positive reviews associated with this firm. Maybe these reviews are authentic , probably not, based upon my brief interaction with this firm. This attorney was incapable of engaging in a civil conversation for more than 5 mins, as she was rude, condescending and dismissive. There is no point in wasting time sending her documents to review or going over case specific's, considering she acts this way towards prospective new clients. The conversation was over before it began. It's no surprise she primarily represents predatory landlords and property owners, and attempts to portray them as victims of the American system, as opposed to a beneficiary. Very happy with services received from Esagoff Law. They offered services at a flat fee. Flat Fee??? That says it all. No "hooking" you in and slowly draining your pocket with needless fees. All lawyers charge for services based on time. So they have zero incentive to resolve your case. The longer they can drag things out - the more money it means for them!
