I was promised training to work there. They never gave me any training. They told Me they would train me but instead they fired me. If you want to get hired working here I would look everywhere else but here. They don't give you any training at all. They don't give you work clothes even though it says in the agreement you would get some. If you work part time don't count on getting hours. You might get 15 hours a week. Just because the money sounds good. DON'T APPLY! I have been on job sites and the staff doesn't clean accordingly. I just quit this service. The cleaning professional changes every time they come and the timing is not consistent. Sometimes, they will text and say they are arriving "tomorrow at approx. 10am" then, they will send another text "tomorrow" and say they are arriving four or six hours later. Completely unacceptable to change the time so close to the original agreed time. Every two weeks we pay $160 for floors and bathrooms only. They don't rotate baseboards, air vents, shower liners, or outside windows. Twice now, they have completely skipped a room. The very first time we paid for the deep clean, the bathroom floor went completely untouched, with brown dirt showing clearly on the white tile floors. Many times there have been spider webs and dust clearly shining in the sunlight. Don't waste your money here. read more

BEWARE! The "basic clean" is nothing more than wiping off counters and furniture, but WITHOUT a dusting agent. They moped the floors with a nasty mop because when we got home, it smelled way worse than when we left! There was blatant spots where the floor was never even touched! Like around our toilets! We spent $350 and ended up mopping and cleaning the house ourselves. Worst of all.. They never even repsonded to our text shout the service. Do not use this company!! read more

Escape Cleaning does a wonderful job! I have 3 inside dogs and a long haired cat, so you can imagine the hair that covers all of my hardwood/cement floors. I came home after they had cleaned and my floors looked brand new! The women that came to clean were very sweet, and even replaced a lightbulb on my vanity that had been accidentally broken when they were dusting. They are great people, and they send invoices via email to make paying convenient. I have set up cleanings bi-weekly. :) read more

I hired Escape Cleaning to clean a house we sold and the house we bought. The employees did an excellent job with both houses. We decided to get biweekly services and requested a particular employee to come. They honored my request and have nothing but praise for their work. I don't request any particular service until the employee arrives because certain areas of the house from time to time require more attention than others. She has always complied with my requests and is very gracious. My dates and times have never been changed. I would recommend them if any one asked me about cleaning services in San Angelo. read more
