They didn't even pick up the hangers and clothes lying in my kids closet much less dust the baseboards or clean behind the beds and night stands. There were socks visible behind my daughter's bed. I gave them the chance to make it right and they said they would come back and clean what they missed. As if I have time to hold their hand and show them everything they didn't clean. Scheduling was easy and fast, however, the cleaning was just okay. The house was cleaned for the most part, appliances looked great and two of our three rooms were fantastic. The down-side was the floor was not mopped or cleaned at all, there were still some dried liquid (milk?) spots on multiple areas of the linoleum flooring. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom had not been touched and were still extremely dusty. I had called to ask about the standard of work and was assured that the cleaners must have missed something and would be back to take care of it. I accepted their offer, yet there were still signs like the dried milk that the floor was not actually cleaned, but instead was spot cleaned. I called once again, and the owner was more than willing to have them come clean again, which we refused since we'd have to be away from the house with our kids. He was nice enough to discount the price because we weren't satisfied, which is why this review is now a 3 star instead of a 2. Extremely nice company to work with, and based on reviews we were excited, but the clean we got was not up to the current rating. Hoping that it was just one of the cleaners having a bad day. But, they also missed entire rooms (and in one case, only wiped down the furniture and cleaned nothing else). When we asked them to go back and clean a closet they had missed, they did, but they also sent us a second bill. That seems ridiculous since the reality is that they did not fulfill their responsibilities in the first place. We paid close to $2000 for this job and did not get a fully cleaned house. So short story: the women working for Mina's did a good job for the most part, but they didn't clean as much as they were supposed to do. They don't give you work clothes even though it says in the agreement you would get some. If you work part time don't count on getting hours. You might get 15 hours a week. The very first time we paid for the deep clean, the bathroom floor went completely untouched, with brown dirt showing clearly on the white tile floors.
