Jennifer called us and asked where we were and vectored the bus to pick us up along the way. Above and beyond customer service. Jennifer provided great narrative as we made ourselves around the city. This is more than a short downtown tour. We even got to go to the Olympics area west of town and have fabulous views of the Rocky Mountains. We learned about the history of Calgary and even visited the Heritage Park area. Enough time to grab coffee and Saskatoon berry ice cream. It was Stampede and we stopped at an overlook where we could see the whole grounds.

I doubt they'd be able to tell you. But if you were of the small section paced your alcohol intake like a champ and could still shred the epic gnar at Kicking Horse, you'd tell people that you had a most epic time. The general feel for a lot of the tour seemed sort of like a party trip, with snowboarding involved, but it doesn't have to feel that way if you don't want it to. Taking a trip with Most Epic is fun, but it's also a pretty decently cost effective way to go for a weekend snowboarding trip. 2 days at Kicking Horse, 2 nights in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and full kitchen ski in/ski out stay at the Palliser and a licensed bus right there and back for $440? Sign me up! The lift passes for the trip work out to be $50/day, as opposed to $90/day at the hill, you're already saving a tonne of money. While the party level of your bus will be completely dependent on the people on it, whenever I've gone on these full package tours, the kind of people who are attracted to it often seem to be there for the liquor. It's almost like a challenge to get blackout drunk by the time you reach the destination.

Some of the drivers are not so respectful, but for the most part they've been fine, and in some cases I really respected the polite way they were driving, and how willing they were to share the road with cars and other big vehicles like trucks.

He was so friendly, sweet, and engaging. The shop space is open and offers a slue of gift shop items and rentable gear (snow boots and snow pants are a must!). Clean bathrooms are available because once you get to the top of the mountain, there are only porta-potties. I loved my dog team (Ghost, Poblano, Ivar, Mayday, Gomez, and Kannicky). They are definitely professionals and they commit to running. However, when we had some breaks, they were very sweet and enjoyed positive affirmation and pets. Driving the sled is more physically intense than I expected. You will need to do some running up the hill with the dogs. However, the thrill of the experience, wind in your hair, and breathtaking views is beyond words. In my experience, Snowy Owl treats their dogs well. I appreciate their use of colored collars to signal whether the dogs are shy or overly friendly. One of my tour guides for another excursion affirmed this sentiment as well and spoke of them in high regards. This is a must-do experience (expensive, but well worth it). Also, 2 printed photos available at the end for $50 canadian dollars. They will also transfer a digital file and I found this to be well worth it.

I booked the full day tour for Valentine's Day and it was honestly the best decision I could have…read moremade. They picked us up in front of our hotel and drove us out to BC where Dave personally guided us through the tour. I have a fear of heights and yet they patiently worked with me to make that 7000ft drive up and down. And the scenery was absolutely magical! Additionally they were very accommodating, providing ski suits and other winter gear necessary to protect us on the tour! We really enjoyed our snowmobiling tour and can't forget the delicious lunch provided At Dawns Diner! The burger was juicy and flavorful and so was the chicken and tomato bisque! Once the tour was over, they drove us right back to our hotel doors in Banff! I personally cannot wait to come back and go in this tour again!

She kept us entertained during our trip to Drumheller and the Badlands. She was even kind enough to provide us Tim Horton's muffins and had plenty of water to provide on a hot day. I miscalculated and while the driver did attempt to message me several times with all the noise at the airport I didn't see the message. Upon finally making it to the pick up point, no taxi. I called Blue Line and the dispatcher remembered my name and once I explained he patched me through to our driver. He was very pleasant and arrived to pick us up. I cannot thank Blueline enough for the courteous and friendly service there and back.
