Everything seemed fine until I opened my door and outside was some party van that looked like an Amazon truck. NO LIMO!!!! When I asked what the hell was going on I was informed that the limo was broken. So instead of sending me another stretch limo or a Hummer limo or truck limo they sent me a van!! I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. I got attitude and was told it's my fault because I never checked my messages from a few hours ago when she was giving me the heads up!!! Say what!!?? Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. I was stranded in Bow Valley Park with a broken down truck and camper and had just been told they…read moreneeded a $30 part to finish my truck and it was 3pm on a Friday and couldnt get a courier to bring one out from Calgary until Wednesday because of July 1st. THey said if I could get the part to them Saturday morning I could get it fixed. I was out of ideas and stumbled upon Cochrane Taxi's #. Doug was a godsend that day. I called him and asked what the chances were he would bring me a part 40 minutes to Bow Valley Campground. He never even hesitated, told me the exact price and even went to NAPA and bought the part for me over the phone(the price was extremely reasonable). He was at my campsite in 40 minutes and we got our truck fixed the next morning. I cant even explain the headaches Doug saved. Great company with great people driving for them. 10/10 would recommend.

Careful! Dangerous driver! He cut me off on the Highway even though there was no one behind me. He…read morecould have waited 7 seconds to get into my lane. Then a bit later as I tried to get into his lane - there was plenty of room when I signaled - he speed up to deny me access to get into that lane. He continued to adjust his speed so that even when I slowed down to let him by - he wouldn't let me in that lane. All while doing 100KM an hour. Crazy! He then speeded past several vehicles at the top of the hill lights to get past them before it turns into one lane - he cut off the Van in front to get in front of the line. There are other taxi services that you can use and feel safe. This company is not what you want.
