Don't be afriad to use the hints - we wouldn't have made it out with them. Have done several escape rooms before, and was pleased that a number of the puzzles here were different than I've seen in the past. The theme was integrated really well into the room throughout; one of the best themes I've seen (and hyper specific to Gettysburg too). Game Master was friendly and gave good hints when we needed them.

Allex was a fantastic host and explained how the entire game was played. He was extremely attentive and knew exactly when to come in and help us. We didn't get to the end by ourselves, but had soooo much fun trying! Allex was also full of information about the facility and other tidbits and history about the area in general. We will definitely go back to try out the other rooms and highly recommend this as a different activity for entertainment.

However, we found off street parking right in front of the store which was not a big deal. Our booking time was Sunday at 5pm so the traffic was light. Upon arrival we were greeted by our game master Jessie who explained the house rules of the escape room we selected. We chose "The Precinct" and it was challenging, but we were able to escape. It took us about 60-70 Minutes to escape for a family of four. Without giving too much away there lots of clues that involved math so you have to make sure your math is on point. You have unlimited hints and I think we used about 5 or 6 of them. They will give you a 10 minute warning so use your time wisely. Overall, the room is challenging I think I group of 6 people is the right balance to solved the room given the 1 hour time frame. If you are in area and have time to an hour to spare give them a try. Online booking is the best way to go.

What was supposed to be a fun birthday activity for my mom ended up being frustrating from beginning to end. I brought my mom here for her birthday. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion of this place. We had a reservation and arrived early like instructed. We were told they were "about 10 minutes behind" because of technical difficulties, but 10 minutes turned into well over 30-40 minutes with almost no updates from staff! We even asked for a refund at one point because we had dinner reservations afterward and didn't want to keep waiting. We were basically told they'd "have to ask the owner another day." Since nothing was guaranteed and I was doubtful due to the lack of professionalism, we just decided to do the room anyway. Because of the delay, we ended up missing our dinner reservation for my mom's birthday. The escape room itself was honestly just as frustrating. We were told we wouldn't need to bend down for clues, but important items were hidden low under furniture. Several puzzles didn't connect well, some clues/items were never even used and certain props seemed broken or weren't working correctly. The biggest issue was how hard it was to get help. We repeatedly raised our hands asking for hints or clarification and would wait several minutes with no response. At one point we genuinely thought something in the room was broken and couldn't get anyone to answer us. There was also a super dark section where we couldn't even read what was on the walls, and again, staff barely responded when we asked for help and use our flashlight. What's disappointing is that I previously had good experiences here, but this visit felt really disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. It honestly felt like a waste of money and put a damper on my mom's birthday, which is the most upsetting part.

Loraine was the one helping us this past time and she was amazing!! Made sure we knew that this room was a little different than most others and helped us set up. We even talked about some of the puzzles we completed and she mentioned how the whole team works on them. The whole crew here is amazing and makes the coolest rooms. They have three food trucks the food was okay, we got loaded cheese fries for 11.50 from the one truck barley had a bacon on them, but fries themselves were just frozen fries nothing amazing. I feel like the game masters can make or break an experience. The room was awesome. Very well decorated, good ambience for the type of game we were playing. We needed quite a few hints to get going, which is completely fine. It was difficult to tell when a door or cabinet or drawer unlocked and opened because you couldn't hear it. It was a tough game but we love a good challenge. We did not escape this game but it would have been nice to have been greeted afterward to say "good job," but we were met with the same Young lady opening the door, without a word, we left. Id recommend giving the players an idea of how they might be successful next time or at least telling them thank you or have a good night. I also think asking if people would like a picture at the end of their game would be awesome. Overall it was a little disappointing because the rooms themselves were awesome.
