The team there is so welcoming and passionate about what they do, it's infectious. We booked the pharaoh tomb, the hardest game in the Mid-West the team claimed, and loved every second of the experience. So much so that we stayed and tried the Frankenstein game too (ranked 12th in the nation for game design)! Both experiences were fun, detail-oriented, kept us on our toes, and the incredibly friendly staff were the cherry on top. We're thinking of going back for the 3rd game... (: highly recommend!

The room we went to was Pastaway Pastaway is a smaller room that isn't the normal escape room genre but it's an interactive one. Some will say it's easy others will say it's difficult. Well we're the "others" lol. We ended up getting it down to the wire but we had so much fun! Total price was around 70. $30 per person including tax! We loved it. Plus they give you a free pictures at the end.

Without giving away any hints, this one had very interactive clues that were solved by a good blend of logic, movement, pattern and deductive reasoning. Other rooms we have been to were more puzzle type without as much moving around. We especially like the ingenuity of one of the puzzles inside the jail cell. Won't say more as you will have to experience it yourself! Our two teams joined efforts to solve all of the clues! If we are in the area, we will be back!

There were a few things they could improve on and we had to get quite a few free hints from the game master that I don't think anyone would figure out on their own. They could probably tighten up their storyline and clues for the room so it's not as confusing at some points but overall we had fun and that's what counts! Also, parking was a bit of a nightmare. Their parking lot is very small and was completely packed so we had to park in the lot across the road by IHOP. Would definitely be back to try more of their other themed rooms though!

When time is crutial a clue should be fast, instead it took 3 to 5 minutes to get the clue. That's too long. Also, they should have noticed we were having techinical issues and performed the task correctly prior to saying we will watch the film later to find out what happened. For the price was way too high for 1 hour. I have paid less and had 2 hours in an escape room. Also, the size of the roof was the size of my closet. A tenth of the size of other excape rooms I have done. Sure hope they improve and get their equipment repaired because they're nice folks.

On the selling side, offers tend to come in well below what I would consider reasonable resale value. For example, I've brought in multi-disc sets from the same artist and received offers that were essentially equivalent to a single item. The pricing approach seems to rely on the lowest online listings, with an additional steep reduction, which doesn't reflect condition or collector value very well. I've also had to point out when items were collector's editions or higher-value formats (such as steelbook 4K releases) just to receive a more appropriate offer. That process feels inconsistent and puts the burden on the customer. Customer service has been mixed at best. Interactions can come across as dismissive rather than helpful, and responses like "you don't have to accept the offer" don't do much to build trust during a transaction. I understand resale shops need margin to operate, but there's a balance between that and offering fair, transparent pricing along with a welcoming experience. Based on multiple visits, this location hasn't quite found that balance.

The escape game itself was a lot of fun. We did the island escape. It had lots of twists and turns! We had a group of 4; 2 teens and two adults. The game was a good challenge, but was doable (frankly the kids were able to figure things out faster than the two adults!) Our game master was great and really helpful. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because one of the clues was wrong. Without giving too much away- it's a color scheme thing, the clue is in the wrong order. Even when they gave us the clue and told us the right answer after we struggled, the code was in the wrong order. We mentioned it after we escaped, and she said it was a "tricky one" but I believe this one needs to be re-evaluated. It wasn't that it was tricky, it's that the numbers the code gives you and the numbers for the lock are in a different order. Thai added about 10 minutes I our time, so that was kind of frustrating. I'm happy to share details with management to improve this. Otherwise, awesome place, awesome people, and we'd definitely go back!

You are forced to have strangers in your group and 2. The game master is in the room with you. I can't even give a full honest review of the puzzles because there were 4 other people (whom I didn't know) in my group and they didn't share the clues they found. So most of the time, I was looking for things and had no idea where in the game we were. As far as the puzzles I was a part of, some didn't work properly. As in, we got the clue, executed the correct thing, but our box didn't open, and the game master had to fix it - cutting into our time. Another clue wasn't pre-set when we walked in the room and the nerf gun we were supposed to use was "jammed" upon finding it and took almost a full 2 minutes to fix. Additionally, being a game master, it is part of the job (and game) to give leading clues without giving a lengthy explanation or giving it away completely. I absolutely hate doing escape rooms with 6 people, it is too crowded and most of the game is spent chasing someone else's train of thought. This is definitely on my list of "won't go back" escape rooms. Disappointed, because it was my boyfriend's first one. Not a great introduction for a first timer, I'll likely have a difficult time convincing him they're actually fun in the future.

I love how you simply receive a group number and tickets, get some DELICIOUS food, then choose to either relax by a campfire, get pictures in all their coolest photo prop areas, watch videos on a huge projection screen, or just enjoy the night while waiting for your turn to enter. The zombies...OH MY!! I wasn't expecting to get scared before entering, but when you see extremely realistic looking zombies creeping up behind you or crawling out of a casket towards you...need I say more!!! With heart pounding, heightened senses, just entering the barn gets you holding your breath...each room different, never knowing what's lurking around the corners! You can't hold the screams in. Just when you think it couldn't get scarier after exiting the barn, you continue on the SCARIEST trail that goes deep in the dark, twisted woods full of surreal hair raising surprises. You hear the echo's from other groups screaming in terror all along the trail and you know something is ahead but you don't know where!!! Definitely #1 in my book and looking forward to coming back!!!
