Puzzles in the room were set up in the wrong order leading our group to not completing the room because didn't get all the clues. After saying, oops our fault there was not additional time or discount provided for us not being able to solve the final puzzle. read more

The Good * Games are fun * Clever puzzles * Decor of the rooms * Friendly Staff * Rooms are very different * 60 and 90 minutes games * Discount for future games * Some physical challenges like throwing and shooting * Intro/Backstory is on video * Play competitive mode (3 hints or less) and your team name is added to the board if your time is goo enough The Bad * Long list of rules that are read to you * Intro/Backstory is on video (which is good), but they're on YouTube which gives an unprofessional look when the recommended videos pop up after (use Vimeo) * Games are on the easier side for enthusiasts - both games we played we finished with around 15 minutes left * Team pictures are not texted, they are posted to their Facebook page and our second game picture never made it up. Overall Our group had a blast with both games (Monkey Business and Wild West). Even thought the games are a bit too easy for enthusiasts, the puzzles, themes and set-up are so enjoyable that it didn't matter. Novices and enthusiasts will both enjoy their time at Escapetown. read more

Came in last night (NYE) for an exciting adventure at Storm Grove Mansion. (Storm Grove is the hardest of the two rooms so far.) This place may look basic and unassuming when you enter, but do not be fooled, as the place is big and spacious and there is more than the eye can see. Prices are average at about $28 a person for an hour in a room. While you're waiting you can sign the wall, play a massive game of Connect Four or Foosball. Service was excellent and the whole experience was tops. Will be back for sure!! Also, they are adding another room in April or May, so even more reason to go back! read more

Candy Shop was an absolute blast. Tyler our Gamemaster was amazing. We had so much fun solving this room and making 5th on the leader board this month! Will be back soon to solve more. Wonderful fun for all! read more

I really enjoyed the Monkey Business and Wildwest Jailbreak games. Escapetown does a great job developing theming for the room and the puzzles are top notch! The gamemasters are helpful and attentive, always caring about your overall experience. I am really looking forward to the Santa's Setback room opening soon for the holdiays! read more

We rented out the whole room for the haunted house escape. Really liked our guide and the puzzles were very fun, challenging and theme related. We escaped with about 12 minutes to spare. Even received branded cozy cups for the group. One thing I would say needs some attention is the cleaning. I felt like I needed to douse myself in antibacterial gel after leaving. I'm sure that's true of a lot of escape rooms where so many things are touched, but just a note to management about making sure they keep up since it appeared like it was time for the deep scrub. The other thing that might have posed a problem but luckily dissipated was the large group of kids finishing up a birthday party. They were super loud still hanging out in the front room and it was distracting while our game was already in play. But luckily they left and we were eventually focused all on our task at hand. So maybe something for management to stress when in between groups about keeping the noise down. Will hopefully return with my 20 percent coupon for another adventure they are currently building. read more

This was a great experience! My family had done the wild west one prior to coming there for the second room and the woman remembered us and even remembered that my sisters birthday was the last time they were there! She made us laugh while we were in the room and gave us help when we were desperate and told us we dint need help when we thought we did! Definitely cant wait for may for the new room! read more

Great escape room. Small location, but full size escape experience! We were challenged throughout and were glad to get through the Wild West experience. We were hoping to do the second escape room but they were booked up. I hope they get the third room open ASAP! read more

I brought a group of 8 teenage girls for my daughter's 13th birthday. The staff here is phenomenal and the Wild West room was perfect. The staff catered to our novice needs and helped where needed. All the girls seemed to really enjoy the game. I also appreciate the fact that this company keeps all games "private" and does not combine strangers to get the room maximum. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms. read more
