I think he even has jam sessions but I've yet to make it to one because I'm terrible at music. But he does give lessons which I might try to get into. All in all kick butt place. Took my rod for John to look at. New Graphite rod that the tip had broken off. When I told John…read morethat it was new and broke on the first use, he looked at it and suggested that it might have been a defective blank, and though he would be glad to fix it, he suggested that I try a warranty claim first. I did, and got a new rod in exchange. He explained how he would fix it and since I had repaired some of my own rods in the past, I was able to determine that he clearly knew what he was doing. So though I can't rate his work, I can rate his knowledge and integrity by his recommendation to me. An easy place to get to and drop off and I won't hesitate to take my repairs to him if needed in the future.
