Let's not forget the most important...the coaches! Our head coach Roly is so inspiring and really motivates us when we are at the gym playing the best music and is always making sure we do the workouts correctly. Coach Sienna is another incredible coach and is so creative when it comes to specialty workouts. Coach Steve is also so much fun and plays great music. Coach Giuliana is also another fantastic coach! Coach Manny is also really motivating. Abby is such a great leader for all the locations and creates amazing opportunities for all the members to enjoy together. We are blessed to have them all on our fitness journey. The community my husband and I have created here is something we are thankful for everyday. We work out as a couple and during our class we have met so many other couples doing the same. After years of searching, I have found the perfect balance to a trainer and workout facility. The staff are professionals that LOVE what they are doing. They practice what they teach. So many years working out and I am still learning, tweaking, and realizing I have been doing sets all wrong. After a double mastectomy and COVID I struggle with weight gain, motivation and frustration. Now I am focusing on getting my strength back. The rest will come. Unbebounced to us, because of a promotional offer we received from this location, our home gym was in fact their sister location in homestead which is an hour + away from where we live. Secondly, we completed hell week and paid the registration fee and we're looking forward to receiving our tee shirt as marketed for completing the week. When it came time to get our shirt, we were told that we had to get them from the homestead location, which like I said before is over an hour away from where we live. The person I spoke to when I called about it told me she would call homestead, pick up the shirts for us, and we could get them the next day. I was unhappy about it but I got over it and accepted their response. She called me back and told me that it was all set and she'd have our shirts size L and XL for pickup. When we went to get the shirts, they only had two size L shirts available. She did not mention that to me over the phone. I asked how I can get my shirt in my correct size and they offered to refund the $15 registration fee. I AM VERY UNHAPPY. I was looking forward to getting the shirt as an accomplishment that meant a lot to me. I had always wanted to complete the hell week challenge and get the shirt. My friends who completed the week got theirs and posted a cute photo moment on social media to commemorate the accomplishment. And now, I am completely left out. I can't believe there is no actual resolution for the issue and there is not one size XL available for them to get for me. I will never return to this location. I'll be in tomorrow to change my home location elsewhere.

When I signed up, I went for the membership option that gives you a MyZone Belt with the membership. It's pretty cool because when you're working out, you wear this belt and it keeps track of your heart rate and how many calories you burn while doing your workout. I use this as motivation for working out. Ample parking, gym is never fully packed, etc. This place is a lot more than a fighting gym and can be used as just a normal gym. But your workouts can take an interesting twist with the MMA fighting. I've come to really like this place, I'm so happy that they have improved over time!
