Everything is really nice inside such as pool area and dressing room but as for the instructors there is limited experience training children or practices being used to prevent accidents. I would not recommend this school for anyone who's child does not know how to swim. I signed up for the monthly Saturday classes and only attended two with my 6 yr old. The first incident gave me concern after my daughter was left alone in the pool with just a swim noodle while the instructor went to answer the phone so on this second visit i was on alert and sure enough the male instructor left my child unattended while he swam off to another child before making sure she was secure and safe. My daughter began to drown that i had to run in screaming to help my daughter who was under water thrashing for help. I've been to two other excellent schools here in tijuana and none of them have ever trained a child in this manner.
