My oldest completed 3 years there, staying through her kindergarten year, then moved to our neighborhood elementary. Her experience was absolutely wonderful, and I only wish they had an elementary school as well. However her transition to public school has been seamless and I credit Casa for giving her such a strong emotional and intellectual foundation. My youngest goes there now as well. Casa is a loving and caring community, it is the kind of bubble of childhood innocence that you want your child to be in during the tender ages of 3-6. I believe that Casa has fostered independence, confidence, and creativity in my children. My kids do things at home like dishes and folding that are definitely not the types of tasks I would have thought they could do, and they enjoy it because it's doing real work, and they are comfortable challenging themselves. The gift casa has given me is to help me realize that my children are capable of so much more at a young age than I would have ever thought possible. And I feel that the parents who choose to send their kids there have similar values a us, which is great as we have become close with several families. Suffice to say, there were 3 teachers all out today which should say something about the dedication towards those poor kids in the program. And to top it all off, the director actually had the audacity to harshly scold our 3 yr old son for leaning up against the wall with one shoe back, making him cry. Simply put, this school is a complete scam which only has students due to the great location and the fact that most parents are suseptible to the fact that "waitlists" equal great programs. Please be warned!

My child was enrolled at Primrose Mueller for nearly 2.5 years. Under their first director, it was…read morean excellent school -- one we were proud to recommend. That changed about 18 months ago when they hired a new director. Since then, the school has lost 47 teachers in calendar year 2025 alone, and roughly the same number in the 7 months prior -- driven largely by her combative management style. You can verify their turnover history yourself at the Texas Health and Human Services website, particularly how it compares to COVID-era staffing. The instability has real consequences for children. I've personally walked into classrooms four separate times with ratios dramatically out of compliance -- one teacher to 20 kids. More seriously, a child was lost during a school event. These aren't minor complaints. The franchise owner, Christy Black, is largely inaccessible to parents raising concerns. She also owns the Easton Park location, which has faced similar -- if not worse -- issues, including an incident that resulted in a child being hospitalized. If you're evaluating childcare options, I can't recommend Primrose Mueller under its current leadership. Christy, you know what the problem is, and you know how to fix it. I hope you do, for the safety of every child in your care.

It is such a relief having a place that we know they are happy and well taken care of. We get updates through an app on how their day is going and I am always impressed with the variety of activities our children participate in throughout the day. They are truly learning so much when they are there. Another huge thing is that the facilities at the Mueller location are so nice and well taken care of. I think communication could be better especially for new parents on their first day - as a new mom I was nervous and wanted to know more about logistics on the first day, but since then we have settled in nicely. There also has been some minor confusion on protocols for medication administration that has caused a bit of an inconvenience. Overall though we are having a great experience and would recommend Primrose to other families that are looking.

The owner, Alison, and director, Connie, are considerate and welcoming of families and their children. My family instantly fell in love with the community they have developed with the staff, kids and families. Every time I pickup my nephew all the teachers, the director and, the owner make me feel so welcomed while making pickup seamless and enjoyable. With as many kids enrolled at ABCDee it is a wonder that all the staff can name every single child! My nephew is always excited to go back the next day to see all the other kids and staff. We had such a great experience with Miss Glady, Nelly and Erika in his first classroom. He has now transitioned to the one of the older classrooms and we absolutely love Miss Julie. Each morning he has a smile on his face when we talk about going to school and seeing all his friends and Miss Julie. It has been amazing seeing his language skills develop at Didactica and understanding so much Spanish before the age of 2! We now have our 5 month old baby girl enrolled as well and she has been with Miss Yisel since she was just 2 months old. We know she is safe, happy and loved in the classroom and is always welcomed with a smile! I feel like they truly understand the importance of play and are so committed. The SMSC winter show, which all the kids participate in, is also epic and a huge event in the community. There are a ton of teachers who work here who went to Spilled Milk themselves as elementary schoolers, which shows the lasting impact that it had on them-- they loved it so much they came back to be staff.
