I can't even put into words just how absolutely amazing Trisha is. It was destiny how I found her…read moreon Facebook and directly visited her website and then it was a done deal for me! Her work is beautiful and romantic. Her service was great, from beginning to end, she made me feel very special. Our engagement photos in Sedona and our wedding photos are amazing!!! I received so many compliments. Absolutely recommend her, you will not be disappointed and her pricing is unbeatable. I keep looking forward to working with her again in the future.

I first met Trisha through her husband who is in my dental school class. We went out and found some great Arizona scenery and Trisha worked her magic. Our session was so fun and we laughed the whole time! The pictures turned out amazing and we ordered over a ton of photos. I knew I had to have her for my New Years 2016 wedding. Trisha flew to Kansas where my family lives to be there for our special day. She arrived just in time to photograph some great pictures of me and my girlfriends getting ready and just got to work photographing absolutely every detail of my wedding. She was so fast and professional, but so much fun at the same time. Trisha never made me feel rushed or pressured. Everything felt like it went so smoothly and even if we got a little off schedule Trisha made it not big deal. We worked around any snags in the timeline and she was quick on her feet and found other things to photograph. She was amazing! My friends said she was so sweet and they really enjoyed getting to know her and they had fun taking pictures. Trisha photographed everything and we had almost 1,000 pictures before the ceremony even started. Everything went perfectly. A few days later we got to see some sneak peaks of the day and I loved every picture she posted on her blog. We cannot wait to get our entire album because we are so ready to order pictures. Trisha's prints are also much cheaper than other photographers so ordering tons of pictures won't break the bank! I cannot recommend Trisha enough! She is fun, sweet, and extremely talented and she captured our wedding day perfectly!

We hired Ethan to do our wedding and engagement photos, and it was the best decision we ever made…read more He made our photo shoots fun, exciting, entertaining, comfortable, and relaxed. On top of that, our engagement photos came out wonderful. Great Quality! We just had our wedding last weekend, and even my bridal party loved him and his team. He made the photo shoot fun, and they all agreed it was the most fun photo shoot they had ever had. Ethan is very quick to respond, and answered all the questions we had. He and his team are very friendly and very well organized and I would recommend him and his team to anyone. We cannot wait to see how the wedding photos turn out! Thank you so much, Ethan and team!!!!

I've worked with many photographers in the past and I've never had a bad experience. Nor did I felt…read morethis strongly to spend my time and write a bad review, but I felt that other consumers deserve to hear my experience. His pictures and prices are good? Yes, but be prepare to deal with his curt and unprofessional responses to your questions, being rushed through a photo session, and forgetting that he even made an appointment with you. First off, we made an appointment through email, then on the morning of the photo shoot, I sent several texts, of which none did he replied until I called. His excuse was that he was in the middle of another photo session. Even when he responded, he made many excuses for not making the appointment until I showed him proof, even then he gave no apology. In the end he chose to keep the appointment; it was a relieve because I would not have time to book a session with another photographer in time for the holiday if he had refused. When we arrived, the photo shoot was incredibly rushed. It was a family portrait, we had a 78 year old woman with us, and all of us pretty much had to run from place to place on a rocky trail around the nature park. He even dared to tell us, "I'm trying to finish this as fast as possible" at the beginning of the photo session. It was so rushed to the fact that he even forgot to ask for his photo session fee until I spoke up about it. Even after all of this, I did not wanted to leave a bad review since I admit the pictures came out well until today I asked for a better quality file for ONE picture. He refused because he only allows us to use his service to print. In one aspect, it's understandable for his refusal, but his response was curt and very rude. So I emailed back listing my displeasure about my experience, from which he takes it as a taunt and responded back again in a rude manner, and THAT was my last straw. I will gladly forward the conversation to anyone who would like to see it Words of advice: for a photographer to be competitive, it's more than just taking good pictures but also provide good customer service and treat your customer with respect. Even if you don't agree with what they're asking, you can still respond in a kind manner. Secondly, consumers have the right to voice displeasure about their experience, and it not being considered a "threat".
