We'd bought some inexpensive ones at Walmart, but they didn't fit properly. We got very good and friendly service here. We explained what we needed. The gentleman looked up my vehicle in his computer and knew exactly the sizes and style of the wipes we needed. He took us to the aisle where they were. It was one of the easiest and fastest shopping experiences we've had. Of course, the ones we bought were more expensive than we'd hoped for, but they were just the right ones. I rarely do anything much maintenance wise with my old car, so it was certainly worth what we paid to have new workable wipers. And when my husband went to install them, they fit perfectly and went on very easily. Now that we know about this store, I'm sure we will return again should we need anything in the auto parts family.

Tim, at the front desk, was brutally rude, refused to take any responsibility, and after checking the topper, I noticed visible flaws. Tim said he had nothing to do with it and I just had to accept it as is. Though I had every right to refuse, I paid just to end the ordeal. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. No one should go through this, and I do not recommend this company to anyone."

The only negative point is they need to concentrate on quality control and spotting defects in products prior to installation.
