I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to give credit to those who deserve it. I just left AutoZone (1283) and received help from Thamari (spell check). He not only looked at what I was dealing with but jumped in to help me right away and knew exactly what needed to be done in getting my problem resolved. Such a great young man willing to help me out with my car needs. He and everyone that was there was so polite, respectful, professional and willing to help out. I haven't received such care and attention to detail like that as a customer in a long time and in these crazy times it's most appreciated, welcomed and what we need more of. My car got broken into recently, and the airbag was stollen. After the costly replacement, I dropped by Autozone to pick up a Club in hopes preventing it from happening again. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a nice selection of clubs at different prices. They offered me a free rewards program card, which I accepted. I was in and out in a few minutes with what I needed. Good selection, prices and service. I would recommend for anyone needed help with their car. read more

Last week I had the worst experience in my whole time living here in Florida. After 20 years, both my cars got broken into and the airbags on the steering wheels were stolen. Long story short we were advised to buy those old school iron bars to put on our steering wheels to deter these people from taking them apart. It is so not right and it is so uncool is not even funny. To bust out that club and put it on your car you are some sort of paranoid person... which right now I am. Anyhow, I didn't even know they still make those and so I came to AutoZone to get a pair for my cars, and lo and behold they do have them. Not many to choose from, but they do have. I was also impressed with the store being so uncluttered and organized. Also the people working at this location are very nice and helpful, and know their stuff. I'm not a diy'er as far as cars go. I always just take it to the dealer and let them handle it, but if you are handy in the mechanics department this store has everything you could possibly need to fix your car. I gave this location three stars because out of three guys, two knew what they were talking about. Kirby is a knowledgeable, customer service orientated employee. He helped me and was very kind. At the time I came in, actually both of the recent times, I had to wait because there were not enough employees working. There were many customers waiting and about two-three employees within sight. I wanted my check engine light checked but since no employee could come out to assist me while there was a line, I had to wait for ALL the customers in line to be checked out. It's a goos thing I can be very patient. Needless to say, I spend out 30 minutes waiting, for them to hook up the car, tell me what the code read and then.....tell me they didn't carry that part. Hey, can't have it all, right! With another person helping customers though, I'm sure I wouldn't have to wait like that and don't assume everyone that works here knows a lot about cars.. But they're good for general not specefic car parts and their prices are a little high, but if you need something immediately, you'll just have to pay. If you can wait, maybe price check with other companies online. read more

I always go to this store because I love the inventory (I live in Coral Springs) but today was the poorest customer service I've experienced (06/21/2020). Their so-called manager treated my battery issue like it was a bother after announcing that their mobile tester did not even work. This meant that my battery had to be removed to be manually checked.... And I was handed a 10-spanner to remove my battery myself! Not even offered a cart - I had to haul it into the store myself.... Of course you know who had to install their own replacement battery. Smh. You guys are an awesome chain, but clearly customer service is slowly deteriorating. Do better! read more

My battery was leaking acid and was smoking really bad. I came in and instantly was helped by Tamara. She was real helpful and understood right away what the problem was. she took care of me inside and after that Mark installed it. he was very friendly and quick. So I bought a battery for my car from Walmart. After I changed the battery I looked online to find out where I can take my old car battery. Autozone, according to the internet, will take back your old battery, and give a store credit. Wrong! I went to the Autozone that I normally shop at only to find that they will not accept my old battery. I didn't care about a store credit, I just didn't want to dump it in a dumpster. I called a different auto parts store while in Autozones parking lot and they offered to take my old battery. Needless to say, I'll give my auto business to anyone but Autozone. Pathetic. read more

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The customer service was the ABSOLUTE WORST. I had to get A/C pro to recharge my AC and I couldn't figure out how to do it. I was with my 1 year old daughter driving home 3 1/2 hours away and they refused to help me. They were all very rude. read more

This location is hit or miss. I've encountered completely clueless employees and I've encountered auto know-it-alls. I've dealt with staff that are total jerks and then others that are super friendly and helpful. You just never know. The service has never been so bad that I wouldn't come back, it's just always a surprise as to who you will deal with and what level of knowledge they will have about automobiles and the products the stock. read more

I was very impressed with this store, but not anymore. Constant management changes and always new employees say something about the operation of this particular location. Unhelpful staff that do not acknowledge the customer standing in line for long periods of time, unhelpful managers as Christian that shove you off when asked a question. Very strange, but no one of the employees there smile. They look you straight in the eye with no "hello" or "may I help you". So, I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

The cashier is the only thing you can replace. Small, skinny, black woman. On my receipt it says CSR #14. This woman wins the award for the worst customer service rep. of the year. No "hello" no "how are you" no "are you a mvp member" no nothing. Just scan the bottle of oil, tell me the price, and hand me the receipt. No "thank you" no "have a nice day." Nothing! Worst nasty mug on her face too. Looking like she just received the worst news of her life. This person needs a serious, and i mean serious attitude adjustment. Send her to a customer service class.
