I reached out and Erik(salesman) reached back out, I set a day aside for me to come to the dealership to test the vehicle I was interested in . When I arrived at the dealership, (after a 1.5 hour drive) I was told they didn't have the vehicle on the lot and that it had been moved to their Woodward location. Which was 3 hrs from my family's home. All in all I sat at the dealership , for over three hours, when we came to an agreement that the salesman (Erik) would drive the car to my home in Tulsa and let me test drive it after he got it from Woodward. I did decide to purchase the vehicle. But when Erik, arrived I asked about paperwork, and he said "there was only a couple things that needed to be signed" well several days later I get a call from the finance person Luis and he states I didn't have the paperwork signed after I was told , there was nothing else to be done the day before. Everything else was sent to me electronically but then the links didn't work. Overall this has been a pretty frustrating experience .

I switched to John Vance in Guthrie when I purchased my new truck and could not be happier. The service guys John and Greg are amazing. A night and day difference from the previous dealership. They will give me a ride if I don't have time to wait for service or even pick up and return my truck from Edmond. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and service department. I flew half way across the country to purchase this car. When I arrived there I was told that the car was on its way from another dealer. I waited for over an hour and a half and the car never showed. I had to leave after that time to catch a flight back home. This little experience cost me time, 0300 - 1130 at night, not to mention expensive travel costs. It is probably a good thing that I was not there to see the "pristine" car in person. The pictures that were sent show a well used and abused car. These folks reinforce the world's opinion that used car dealers are some of the lowest forms of life on this planet. BEWARE!

The service department of this dealership is a sham. They had my 2024 F150 Hybrid for 2 weeks and…read moredid nothing. They lied to my face about it as well. I dropped off the truck with 18000 miles on it because it totally shut down will driving. I was told by this service dept that only one tech knew how to work on this type of truck. However, each time I tried to talk with him they would tell me he was "out to lunch". I got FMC involved and they told them the same thing when they asked to talk to the tech working on my truch - "he is out to lunch". The caseworker at FMC advised me to seek out another service department and thankfully I was able to get it to one and they went to work the very same day I delivered it. Vance Ford Service Department continually lied about the issues with my truck as well as when I did go to look in on it had it parked unlocked on their back parking lot. They couldn't even find the key when I asked for it. I have never had such chaotic service from a dealership in all my life. This department works on deception and come to find out they are extremely incompetent. The person I was stuck with was Scot and he continually manipulated and lied about the status of my truck. Had I not got FMC involved my truck would still be sitting on their back lot. I drive Ford Trucks. Needless to say I will never be back at Vance Ford in Guthrie nor any other dealership that bears that name. Beware of this dealership my friend!

I drive ~ 22 miles for service including oil changes. Service has always been excellent when bringing my vehicle to Guthrie. Jeff, service department mgr, has a lot of irons in the fire each day and I don't know how he keeps up with all the cars (customers) needs.
