I gave it 1 star because i could not leave 0. Tried calling before i went ,no one answered as of 12:30. Called the Alafaya store and they were very helpful. They managed to get in touch with this store clerk and set aside the juice i was looking for. I took my brother in law visiting from Australia who is a huge collector and spends major money. We get to this store the guy never acknowledges we are there, i asked a question and didnt even bother to answer me. Guess he was to involved on the computer. FINALLY he decides to tend to us like we were interfering in his day. Needless to say we got the juice we had set aside and left. I will never return there. I was totally embarrassed that i took my family there. My brother in laws take was the guys a miserable sod, that obviously loves his job NOT!!!! I live in Apopka ,but will definitely visit the Alafaya shop in the future. Shame its so far. read more

Went to purchase Heisenberg juice, made my purchase got to the car and the salesman accidentally gave me Heisenberg menthol salts.was unable to return. Was offered an exchange but you do t have the juice I want, so now I would like a refund. After hearing the salesmen discuss with the owner on the phone about how many timers I've been to the store.. (for the record twice). I knew I was not getting my money back. I was told even under fda law they can't refund me because I took it out of the store. Well guess what? As a store Owner you can still make good.. why is it my loss of 21 dollars because you guys messed up.. you can still give me money back and throw out my returned product. Why is it my loss because of your employees mistake? Don't go here!! Spoke to the owner went who is even more of a joke. Don't shop here save your money and time. Okay variety of juices and flavors. Store is generally clean and the staff is generally knowledgeable. However they are quite often out of stock on certain coils (in my experience the Horizon Arctic Tank 0.2 ohm and supertank 0.2 coils). Price wise they are about average, but in my opinion there are certain brands they carry that are not worth what they charge. Lastly it seems they have a very limited selection of mods and tanks. Overall it's an okay place to go in a pinch but there are much better stores in the area. read more
