This indoor-outdoor, upscale casual eatery is the kind of neighborhood spot you could frequent on the regular. The food: Is nouveau Brazilian a thing? Well, bra.do does a number of fine dishes that offer a twist on the more traditional plates. I particularly like the peixe korma (tender bits of white fish in a yellow korma sauce and matched with white rice). The bravas potatoes and the bruschetta is great as a starter and the mushroom risotto is good, but rich! So far, I haven't been disappointed with a meal here. It's not vegetarian but they do have a section on the menu for veggie-friendly dishes. The drinks: Full menu of cocktails, beer and wine. When I order wine, I simply ask for the white or red and whatever their house pour is is really good -- especially the red. My guess would be a Malbec or Cab Sauv. They also have some more locally inspired brunch options. The salads and wrap sandwiches are not quite as gourmet as the prices would lead you to believe, but the atmosphere generally makes up for it.
