There are some cool phones. The one on display that I really wanted was not available so had to…read moresettle for another. The only helpful staff member there was a seemingly new and very tall man named "Jarique." The others there were not friendly, helpful and did not greet as staff used to when you walked in. They lacked manners and were almost confrontational when little mistakes were made while customers viewed phones. For one, I witnessed a customer being yelled at by an employee who made offensive remarks and gestures... The employee was a short girl with long dark hair - the customer was simply checking out the type of charger a phone took and they jumped at her first it. It was sad. Hope they can train employees working Sunday afternoons to be more helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
