Dr. Rocknack is worst dentist in my 81 years. I haue had really great dentists in other states!…read more I have had a heck of a time for ouer 3 years now. He left a visible bone where he extracted an upper tooth. When I mentioned it, he said it would work its way out ..UNDERNEATH AN UPPER PLATE?????? EUEN I KNOW THATS NOT POSSIBLE. HIS PERSONALITY IS DECEIUING. At first he is nice until you question him. I had to make him stop extracting because the tooth was not yet numb. That ticked him off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU PAID ME TO. The dentures still do not fit correctly, and I have constant problems just like Norene B. who posted a review. I went back only once.... same problems to discuss and he scheduled me with a different dentist. I have had tissue grafts, peridontal surgery, ueneers, crowns, fillings.... and neuer had one iota of pain until I met this man,,that I will call a complete jerk!!!

Everytime I went there anxiety. Went there for dentures. I only needed uppers! Dr. Chris advised me…read moreto get both uppers and lowers. Huge mistake. To this day I can't wear the lowers! They come loose no matter how much glue I put on. If I'm drinking or eating! Well you can get implants, he said. So I basically wasted money getting the lowers pulled. Last time I went there all he did is yelled at me! Norene, I'm trying to help you! No he's a bully. I never cried at Dentist before ever! Why do I have pay for implants because the lowers dentures didn't come close to fit at all! All the yelling doesn't help them to fit! I'll never go back there! Just made me cry going back there. His chair side manner was horrible! He would sit behind me and try to talk to me. My neck was killing me! Just writing this my heart is racing. Nobody likes going to dentist. I'm 65 and hands down the worst I've ever had. Long story don't always listen to their advice! I wished I kept my lowers. Now I'm pretty much screwed. He should pay me it costs me for the lowers! They even meet the uppers. Means they don't fit right!! Gawd!

Just moved to the Cheyenne area and needed to find a dentist, but just didn't make the time to find…read moreone, suddenly in a matter of hours, I now needed a dentist. I asked my neighbors if they know a good dentist and they told me about Aesthetic. I had an abbess tooth over the weekend and on Monday I called Aesthetic and they got me in that day, Dr Dz has a great bedside manner and explained everything to me, sent me to a an Excellent specialist ,Dr Mead, that day and had me fixed up in a matter of hours. Now they are my new Dentist. Also the Staff is extremely Friendly too.

Okay, this place is GREAT the dentists and MOST of the staff, are compassionate, reasonable, and…read morerespectful....HOWEVER, the "office manager" is extremely rude. She was absolutely insistent that we pay for our "missed" this number was in the hundreds, and as we all know NO ONE can really afford to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for "missed" appointments. I told her, I was in the hospital, which is why I couldn't make it to the appointments. I feel as though this is a pretty darn good excuse for missing a dental appointment, but the "office manager" told me, it's still my responsibility to cancel the appointment, well what if I was INCAPABLE of calling to cancel? After all no one PLANS to end up in the ER. Now, I wasn't actually incapable of calling to cancel, but it wasn't at all top of mind, I had bigger fish to fry, concerning my health care. She told me all balances needed to be paid, prior to seeing me for an abscessed tooth. Absurd, and shows how much she cares about their patients. Well unfortunately, this ONE bad apple really did spoil the whole bunch. Sorry guys, far too much competition in dentistry, for me to lower my standards. Thanks, but no thanks!

Best visit yet! We have been seeing Dr Asay for over 10 years and I can't express how grateful we…read moreare for the exceptional care she has provided for my daughter who has Down syndrome. Not only does her staff go above beyond to make her feel comfortable, but their level of patience understanding and respect is truly unmatched. Even though my daughter technically aged out of paediatric care a few years ago, Dr Asay continues to treat her with the same kindness and expertise that she always has. This kind of dedication is rare and it speaks volumes about her commitment to her patients. I would never take my daughter anywhere else EVER! If you're looking for a dentist who treats your child like family and genuinely cares for their well-being, Dr. Asay is the only one to trust.

Poor communication from this office is costing me $2,000. As someone who asks all the questions to…read moremake sure my insurance will cover my children's care- who put in paperwork with their ages well in advance to the appointment (per Smile Academy policy) I was informed that they definitely took my insurance and later got the full bill because my son is 8 and cannot be seen by a PEDIATRIC dentist. Yep, that's right. In talking with my insurance, they told me that the office was informed that my 8 year old would not be covered. I didn't get a phone call. They still saw my son. Nothing was said. I paid the co pay. All was totally normal. Except for the actual visit and care. Cal Bullock. He is rude to his assistants and treated me like I didn't know anything. Understandably, he is the professional and I am just the client. I was given a form to sign and indicate what type of material I wanted going in my son's mouth. I communicated composite and selected it on the form with my signature. He put metal in my son's mouth. Because he could. Because even filing a grievance with the insurance company on this behavior only got me a line saying "We are so sorry this was your experience," and here's the bill on top of not doing what you asked for. No accountability. They don't care. And yet, they can't stop writing me with their passed due notes. I am the kind of nice person who rarely gets actual help from customer service because I am just too nice. Hey, I am a barista. I know the only time anyone listens up and actually helps is when people are angry. I see it all the time. Throw a big fit and the pay off is everything is free. I won't do that. It's not ethical. I will finally write my first bad review because other people deserve to know. I went to work at Starbucks for their amazing benefits because before that, I have had to pay for health care and dentist appointments out of pocket for my family of 5. That was hard. Finally I have insurance! I went to Smile Academy thinking I could finally afford to take care of my kids. Well, nope. I still have to pay out of pocket. And not because I did anything wrong. I followed all the guidelines to get a dentist and appointment. I just wasn't told the truth when my child got seen in spite of their knowing he wasn't covered, again contrary to all communication, and when I was handed a form that made me believe the choice of procedure was the parent's. At Smile Academy there are some of the nicest people I have talked to- in office. But once I was outside of the office. They don't care. My experience was unethical on their part. They aren't even working with me to lower the bill in light of all of this because funny story my 8 year old has insurance. I could literally cry. I hope this helps someone make a better choice for their kids.
