The noodles are chewy and just right. Only had 1 out of 3 spicy levels and the Sichuan peppers have a kick that lasts. The Dan Dan noodles are quite yummy but if can't handle spice ask for mild. Overall this is a good noodle place and as good or better than other hand pulled noodles places I've tried.
