Was told cable drop crew would be out within 14 business days. No communication, no scheduling, multiple calls to customer service, no help. Called CS again today 6/30 and told drop crew would be out 7/4 (doubtful, since it's a holiday) but that is outside the 14 day window I was quoted for installation. When asked what the consequences for failure to meet quoted service time frame (do I get credit on my account, etc) no one in customer service knows the answer. ​ Unfortunately I have no they option for service at my location but if you do I'd choose someone else.
