On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

My wife fell in love with it and the deal was done. Mark came to measure and set the installation. Next we asked about hardwood flooring for upstairs. Time for a complete redo of the house. Mark took measurements and we began searching for more flooring. Again they were very easy to work with. No pressure at all, and several options to lower the cost. Well this morning was the install for the carpet. Two very nice and respectful young men show up and worked like a well oiled machine. Two hours later the furniture was moved, old carpet was out, and the new carpet was installed, and they replaced all the furniture. Next the looked at the pending job of the upstairs flooring. Again some good suggestions and what we thought would be a nightmare of a job, they assured us it would be another smooth install. We had a large window taken out in our family room and dry wall put in its place by another company. Unfortunately the seams showed through where the dry wall was put in despite numerous hours of sanding and trying to fix it ourselves. When delayed by traffic to provide a quote, he called to say he would be 15 minutes late and arrived as promised. He is an honest person who keeps you informed. As for the work itself, I have nothing but praise for his skill. Having had a different person reposition a central air conditioning vent from one room to another, I was left with a 24" x 24" opening in my living room ceiling. We recently hired Eddie to repair plaster wall damage, sand frames, skim coat, and paint a bedroom in our home that was built in 1918. We wanted to keep the character of the old wood, but repair and touch up the damaged areas. His price was among the best I found and he ended up taking 2 days instead of 1 to finish because he wanted to make sure it was done to perfection. Eddie was here a for a 2nd painting job. He is awesome. Project turned into a bigger deal when there was water damage under the big front window. He replaced insulation sheet rock on the inside and had to remove siding and replace the fiber board on the front. Love him and his work. Will be coming in the spring to do siding. Highly recommend. Ryan is not only one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, but his work speaks for itself. When he came to give an estimate, his prices were fair and reasonable, and he clearly explained a breakdown on what would be included with the job. He worked really hard to stay within our budget and gave us options on how to do so. He and his team showed up on time every day, were meticulous and professional, and even went above their call, moving things that we forgot about and fixing little things that weren't originally included as they saw them. The most impressive thing for us was after they applied one coat of paint in one room, I (through my own fault of choosing poorly) didn't like the color. Here are the lowlights of my experience with Matt: --Communication was a nightmare. He responded to me while he was doing the job (a plus!) but he was more interested in complimenting his own work, man-splaining, and cracking corny jokes than he was in listening my concerns. Whenever there was a problem, he blamed someone else. ---Cost was very high. This is my fault , as I should have gotten more estimates. --The work was below average. For example, Matt installed a bifold door. He asked if I wanted it painted and when I asked if it would need to be painted, he said it was up to me. I opted to leave it unpainted but had no idea that Matt would leave pencil marks and scuffs all over it. By that time, I was so tired of interacting with him that I decided to paint it myself. Less than three months later, the door came off the track and the pin that holds it in place will not go back in. I've been trying to get him to come back to fix the door (as per his warranty) for two weeks. Ha! Who am I kidding? I could go on but you get the drift.
