Preferred Choice Cleaning was who I chose to come by our house and clean the gutters which desperately needed some love. After we called and made an appt, the woman who helped us was very business like. Name, Address, Date we wanted it cleaned etc. They gave an estimate which was appropriate for what we were looking for, and they ended up having a spot open due to cancellation for a team to come by our house. Two guys came by, pretty young mid 20's ish, but they were good folks, worked hard, watched them clean and climb all over the house, doing what they needed to do, and did the whole place in about an hour and a half. Angelo came to clean our Hamptons shingles facade and do window clean, the result was terrible. Our 4,000 sqft house facade with 48 windows was left bleached, patchy with lots of paint removed (which he shifted blame to paint job which is not true, his colleague was busy on his cell phone while working and didn't pay attention to pressure) and almost all windows had streaks and looked milky after. I clearly complained and the rude woman in the office yelled at me and said they would come back to touch up windows two weeks later. Clearly, we were not a priority for them, although we paid close to $3,000 for the job!! They came back June 28th 2021 and all windows that I pointed out needed work still have streaks and are dirty. They carelessly sprayed liquids (used for the house) all over our 6 hydrangea plants which resulted in brown and dead leaves. Our gardener was shocked since it's common knowledge to wet plants prior in order to protect them. Clearly Angelo didn't know that. I'm giving a two star review because they showed up in timely manner and did come out to touch up windows. Although the result was not better. This the first time I give a negative review on Google and even though it makes me uncomfortable, I feel very poorly treated and need to speak up. I don't trust this company and warn all of our neighbors and friends about using their service!! Preferred Choice cleaning has really let us down, do not use them. read more

I am very particular about the people that come into my home to do work. This company was great and I really appreciate not just the quality of their work, but the quality of the people that showed up to my house. Before choosing Preferred Choice I have used companies where someone would show up to my house smelling like cigarettes, they would smoke outside, not be polite, they're on their cell phone and sometimes they just flat out look shady. And I have children in my house so this is a big thing for me as I can't allow trashy people in my house and expose my kids to that. So whenever I book any service company to come to my house I am very upfront and let the person scheduling the appointment know that if anyone shows up at my house that gives me any bad vibe or if they smell like cigs then I am tossing them from my house. I mentioned that to Preferred Choice and they totally re-assured me that their crew was awesome, clean, respectful and they even run background checks which was nice to see and they guaranteed I would have a great experience with them. Overall I am very pleased - 2 guys showed up - Chris and Justin then the owner Angelo showed up during the appointment to help the guys out. They came in and did their job, they didn't disrupt the flow of the house and I barely noticed they were here as they were all business and got to work. I just had my 10 year old microfiber recliner sofa cleaned by Preferred Choice. Should have done this years ago. Can't believe how new and fresh it looks and smells. Also did a 10 year old area rug and a 15 year old area rug. Same result - they look bright and new. Nice, respectful employees and a terrific business operation. After searching for a reliable carpet cleaning company, I called Angelo's company. I got a service which promised to have someone call and was very surprised and pleased that Angelo himself called back within the hour. We set a date for the estimate and when Angelo showed up and put on paper booties prior to entering my home, I knew I had a winner. Yesterday was D day and the company showed up on time as promised. Nice well appointed and clean work truck with Angelo working with a younger man who immediately steps up, shakes hands and introduces himself which was nice. They explained what was being done and got to work on my three carpets and tile shower stall. After about an hour they were done and left my house and three rooms spotless. The rugs are beautiful and shower stall sparkling. The price was extremely reasonable and as my wife said after they left, "can we get him in every month to do this?" Angelo provided me with a detailed quote for power washing my home, brick work, deck and treating my roof to get rid of mold and moss. that was highly competitive with the other quotes that I received. He arrived on time and as scheduled. His manner and approach to his business was very professional and I could tell that he really cared about his reputation and doing a good job. He did everything he quoted on and he also did a few more things that went beyond what he quoted just to be thorough. Angelo Ponce who is the owner of PCC and his team of professionals did an outstanding job on the very difficult custom Pella windows that have the blinds between the window panes. Pella advertises these high end windows as customer friendly. Easy to open and clean. NOT so. Chris and Justin who were the cleaning technicians sent to our home not only did a fantastic job but both were respectful of our home, wore booties and were extremely patient with the windows and with my perfectionistic nature! I have never had a company come clean my windows before but from this point on- Angelo and his amazing crew will be coming over to clean my windows. They did an outstanding job, they were courteous, fast, and it was a great price. They even power washed the side of my house and all of the screens. They installed the missing screens I had not put up yet. I had them clean the dryer vent too. They wore booties to walk around the house which saved me from having to mop after they left. This is my review from another service as well: This is by far one of the best company experiences I have ever had (in regards to every facet of service provided--from initial call--estimate--communication-and then actual work and price)--I wish EVERY company was this detailed in other area's of work needed. I originally spoke with the owner (Angelo) and he could NOT have been more professional. He came exactly on time to give me an estimate on the work needed at my house. This estimate was THOROUGH!. When a price and time was agreed upon, he followed through with an e-mail (again detailing the work and time and date scheduled). This was followed up with an e-mail the day before (service) as well as a phone call to my house. (NOW some people might feel this is "overkill" but to me?..this means they value the customer first and foremost and that there are no surprises and or changes. On the date of service (4/14/2017) Angelo showed up exactly when stated and I also met his workers (Chris and Justin)... They had name tags on and were super clean and efficient. The actual job was extensive but they went over the house (sheds and fence) over and over and over again as if THEY lived here.... simply amazing.....I had a power washing company come about 6 plus years ago for MORE money and they did only 25% of what this company did..... While Angelo was here I also got a quote on cleaning a couch and chair and will NOT hesitate to use them next month when I have that room done... Once again if you need your house cleaned or other outside stuff cleaned--deck--etc..etc.. (Power washed) and want it done by a company you can trust and not have to worry about stuff missing or breaking (as they took care to remove every time on porch to prevent this) then you would be foolish NOT to at least get an estimate from this company. If there was an A+ rating they would "easily" deserve that and I am a hard rater. read more

Although I waited a few weeks to be scheduled, I knew from the other reviews that this company was going to be worth the wait. Angelo and his crew were professional and thorough from my first meeting with Angelo through completion of the job by his crew. At our initial meeting, I was provided with an itemized list of services to be completed and a written estimate. Prior to the appointment date, Angelo provided verification of his license, insurance and background checks for his crew. In addition, he provided photos of the crew and a little information about each team member making me much more comfortable giving his crew free rein of my home. They performed interior/exterior window washing, brushed screens, cleaned window sills and frames, and cleaned skylights. I was even more impressed when they covered their shoes with clean booties while indoors. Lastly, and noteworthy, Angelo rescheduled his crew to return when they realized some overgrown shrubbery was impeding thorough access to a few of the windows. After the shrubbery was trimmed, he sent his crew back to redo the few windows they had difficulty accessing. I highly recommend their services.
