The rating is for the appearance and cleanliness of the hospital. The hospital is located off of Bowles Ave/highway 44 in Fenton. The parking is spacious and the most importantly it's FREE and convenient. The staff will assist you with providing direction. Check in is simple and easy. There were no long waits. This issue is how can a hospital be so visibly dirty. I am mean out right disgusting. It's as if they have no in-house cleaning staff..........HONESTLY!!!! I didn't want to sit anywhere and as I'm walking down the hall I'm thinking to myself a hospital should appear to be clean by all standards and no wonder people get sicker when being admitted to the hospital. They've squeezed him in when he was sick and needed twice weekly visits... We just couldn't have come this far in our journey back to "normalcy" and function without them. Additionally, I made my newborn an appt with them at a week old. Come to find out due to a traumatic entry into this world, she had a few things that needed adjusting. Her latch and comfort and calm instantly improved that day and the look of calm and pain relief that came across her tiny face was incomparable. my poor baby had no idea she was even hurting bc that's all she'd known. I just cannot recommend them and all their care enough. Their whole staff is the sweetest and so knowledgeable. Simply just a wonderful practice all around.
