Gave them information on where I did sleep study and then waited to hear back from them. Finally called them back and was told that that company did nor deal with Medicare. They told me that they reached out to a company that excepted Medicare and that they placed the order and I should hear back from them shortly. Waited a few days , called the office back and told them that I hadn't heard back from anyone. The gave me the number and told me I could try contacting them myself. I called the C-Pap parts place and was told that the doctors office didn't give them the information they needed to fill the order. So I called the doctors office back and was told that they had sent ALL the paper work back to the parts place. Called the parts place back and was told they needed a signed order as to why this was medically necessary. Called doctors office back and was told I needed to contact my ENT doctor back or the place where I had the sleep study done. Told the lady that I didn't have a ENT doctor and that I had given them the name of the place where I had the sleep test done to begin with. They contacted them and found out that the sleep study place did not deal with Medicare. That's when the doctors officetold me the had contacted this outside company who sold parts ans delt with Medicare. Now Dr Gage'soffice is telling me that Dr Gage refused to sign off on me being able to get the parts I need for my C Pap machine. I have never delt with a more incompetent Doctor or doctors office staff. Stay clear of this man.

Their referral department policy is to wait until the day before the appointment to send it and normally it doesn't get there in time, Waste of your time and the specialist you waited a month to see. Getting the referral sent requires a lot of time calling and holding on phone for 20 minutes at a time- babysitting staff to do their job, for two days prior to your appointment. The closest walk in is now about `10 miles south. While they will try and accommodate you if you have a need to get into see the doctor on the same day it may not happen. My primary care doctor works for this office and he is one of 6 doctors who use this office. My doctors name is Dr. Hamm and he is the nicest doctor I have ever met. I do not get the awful feeling when the door opens and in walks Dr. Hamm. He is a total gentleman and a very gentle person. Having a good visit today and had a great consultation I now know that my life of debauchery has had little effect on me. LOL!!

They have handled my insurance with zero issues. I don't have the need to go to a doctor often, but when I do he is who I visit. The check in app has it way off Manchester for some reason and I have submitted an updated locations so hopefully that will get fixed.

I drive all the way out to Ballwin from downtown because he's just plain worth the drive. I've never had a better physician. This man is not only as sharp as they come, but he really cares. He sits down, discusses everything with me, without the slightest hint of condescension, apathy, or impatience. He's always proactive, and has never let me down. They have a number for after hrs exchange but that is answered by numbskulls who don't get your message to the doctor. I tried calling their other location today and got the same message but with an option to text if you needed an appt. So I'm texting trying to get a doctor appt???? And let's just say the person texting me back was not a communication expert !!!! Supposedly their phone system " has been down for over a month " wtaf??? Oh and the online patient portal says I don't exist . Oooookaaay. Never in my life have I heard or experienced a doctors office with no phone system. The very least they could do is have an outgoing message EXPLAINING THE SITUATION to patients, apologizing for the situation and give them a viable option to making an appointment or getting rxs refills. Specifically, i used to see him but he only wanted to sell me supplements from his personal web store. He told me not to buy them anywhere else because his were "better". I found another doc. Fast forward several years, my wife kept going to see him. He ordered a "natural" med for a condition that her bloodwork said she didn't need. He insisted that she needed this med. They ordered it for her that day, without asking, and It was pricey. When she started taking the med she had a serious side effect that he denied was from the med. Every phone call he returned about the side effect, simple questions like "should I stop taking the med? Is this normal?" he charged $190. Each. For a quick phone call. We're about $1000 in and my wife's health got worse and needs other medical follow up, which we're looking for elsewhere. He reached out after she complained about the charges and threatened to leave, he said the charges were a mistake but I'm not confident that's true.
