No reservations needed, walk-ins welcome! A gut named Harry took care of my wife's feet and a wonderful young lady named Courtney took on the challenge of my feet. The chairs have built-in massage, so that was awesome. Dipped my feet in the luxurious warm, great smelling water. Okay, I honestly don't know all the steps we went through, but there was foot and leg massaging, warm paraffin wax, some cheese-gratering, smoothing, sugar scrubbing and more. Courtney was so pleasant and funny and she has very strong hands. She made me so comfortable with the whole process. I did find out that my feet are surprisingly ticklish, but even that was fun(ny). I succumbed to peer pressure from my wife and other customers and even allowed my nails to be painted a very macho shade of jet black. Been to multiple places before here to feed my obsession with acrylic nails and pedicures. The young gal who did my manicure was very sweet and very precise. While taking off my last set, she explained why the acetone soak was needed, and made sure not to file down my natural nail to far. She was very patient with me each time I asked to go just a tiny bit shorter in length, even though I asked her to go shorter about 4 times. She made sure to let me look at each nail after she shaped them, and didn't get irritated when I asked her to fix something. When she applied the polish, she went over it a couple times and made sure it was even so that each nail was smooth. I also got the deluxe pedicure, and it was amazing. I've never heard of a place that did hot stone massages during a pedicure, but it was definitely worth it. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice as well, and made sure to be gentle. She asked me if I wanted my nails left alone before she decided to trim them, and didn't get agitated when I'd slightly twitch or jerk away when she hit a sensitive/ticklish spot on my foot. During the scrub and the lotion, she asked me a couple times if she was pressing to hard, or not hard enough and it was nice that she took into account not everyone likes massages the same, and during the stone massage, she made sure to ask if the stones were to hot on my skin. Definitely the best place I've been to for my nails since I've been here. Will definitely be going back.

It's my birthday and I am going on a trip and wanted to have cute toes. My feet were not bad but I wanted my cuticles cleaned up and my nails trimmed a little. He cut my nails way too short and uneven. My big toes hurt and another toe has a scratch from filing and black polish. I didn't realize how bad and uneven they looked until after I left. Tried to come back after another appointment and they were closed Even though the opening hours here and on Google show they ahoild be open. Now I can only hope I don't get an ingrown toenail or an infection and I have to walk around on my vacation with toes that hurt and look uneven.
