Not only were Huy's prices actually reasonable, he took the time to understand the request, ask questions, and make his own professional recommendations while other stores sent me back 1 line email replies, which felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information. We ended up working with Huy at JASK for 3 different print jobs across 2 different designers. Huy patiently educated us on fonts, bleeds, crop marks, paper thickness and quality, and pricing, helping us understand what we needed to produce what we wanted. Per the tracking, the shoes never left the store and there was no explanation when I called both the store and UPS corporate to try and figure out what happened. Since UPS was no help despite being the last to be in possession of the package, I ended up having to involve the recipient/retailer I was returning these shoes to for a refund. Such a headache and quite the disheartening ordeal! I will be using a different UPS location from now on...

I recently had to get some warranty work done on my ID.4 as the back window started "rippling" and distorting after only a couple of years, making rearview mirror images harder to see. Gena was able to get the work approved under warranty (it was an adhesive defect), made an appointment and brought the car in and the work was done in about an hour -- I can see clearly out the back window again. I will continue to go to Grizzly Tint with all my future vehicle acquisitions in the future....the best window tinting service in the Bay!

I had all my questioned answered in a timely manner and they were patient as I was trying to schedule this around my dad's availability (we're on opposite sides of CA). Shred City ultimately had a better rate for what I wanted to get done so it was a no brainer. They sent me an email to confirm the service and were able to schedule us within a few days, which was even better. My dad is closing his business of 50 years and needed to shred the contents of 26 bankers boxes. The service was completed on 2/18. The driver showed up at my dad's store, shred the contents, left the empty boxes and that was it, a super smooth process! Then I was able to call, make the secure payment over the phone and I promptly received a receipt and Certificate of Destruction. It cost $208 to shred 26 bankers boxes which I thought was fair, especially since it was a mobile service where they came to us. We have more boxes to shred at my parent's house so when my dad is ready I will contact Shred City again to handle that service as well! Great job!

They had me run around in a chicken suit for my last gig. I've had some great experiences and met some creative people with the Blackwell files - thanks guys!

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

I was a driver for Essence printing in the early year of 1995, I remember one day the company AE called me while I was out delivering the finished wine label to Saratoga area, she said (Chris, where are you? Come back asap, we have another job waiting for you to deliver, the printed bus time tables for San Xxxx, their department head said they only wanted you to be the driver) lol I guess I was too good to be a driver, couple months later I was promoted to be a table stripper, type setter and camera operator. I wanna say BIG THX Essence points me the door to the digital world in the 90s, it was big at the time. I switched career to real estate around the year of 2008, before I became an realtor I had lots fun being a table stripper and Mac operator for 12 yrs, oh I mean light table stripper not the other kind of stripper lol. Had one of their Mercedes Benz sprinter #3 on their fleet try and run us off the road. Had my son in the car and all he did was yell racial slurs at us.
