I can't be happier with Atlas Contracting (AC), who installed my new Owens Corning (OC) 40 year…read morewarranty, 130 mph, algae resistant, etc., etc., etc., total roofing system (TRS)! You'll do yourself a big favor to read all of this review. And a much bigger favor to be sure and choose AC for your new TRS! I got quotes from 5 contractors, and AC was far and away The Best! They were the only one to give me in depth materials showing me exactly what TRS I was getting. With synthetic underlayment over the entire roof, starter shingles and drip edge/gutter apron along the edges, hip ridge shingles across the peak, ice and water shield in the valleys, new box roof vents, and new lead plumbing boots, my entire roof's TRS is brand new and ready for any weather! Will and Colin were Fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better or more! They went above and beyond on all matters. Will, the Manager, was my main contact person, and was very knowledgeable, very responsive to my many questions, and very easy to work with. Colin was very helpful and easy to work with too; he even created a support for a spot of my vaulted ceiling with its prior damage to avoid further injury! Their gutter specialist Josh (and his friend) even fixed old issues with my downspouts and dented gutters, and removed an old whiskey rain barrel for me, reinstalling the original downspout. They even rehung a series of zig zag, leaking gutters that wouldn't drain properly over my front door! Will and Colin showed me photos on their large TV in their new showroom off Nandino of other roofs they had done, with various colors, etc., and helped me pick out the best color for my home. Cassa in their office helped me multiple times on the phone and via email, and helped me file my 10 year full, 40 year prorated, warranty with OC. Will had gone through potential upgrades, including a 50 warranty option, etc. And AC gave me a 5 warranty on their workmanship. And to top it off, they gave me far and away the best final price, beating all others by over $1,000! I am so happy I picked them, because there is not a doubt in my mind: They Are Absolutely The BEST! Heh, tell them Tom D sent you. Maybe I'll get some referral checks! His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED!
