I called to see if someone could come take a look and was immediately met with hostility saying "they don't use tarps" and it was not their problem, when there was clearly a tarp left directly under their work, and they already finished the job they were contracted for and weren't coming to help us. I was called a liar and told they weren't going to do anything with our landscaping (even though I was not asking them to do landscape work). Jamie was yelling, saying "they didn't leave a tarp" when I was standing there, staring at a 20 ft tarp directly under their work. I am not sure if it is because I am female and they spoke with me instead of my husband but I was very taken aback with the manner in which I was spoken to and that they wouldn't even attempt to solve the problem they left. Very sad when a company has no pride in their work or relationships with customers. Will NEVER use this company and will be telling everyone to stay far away because once they "complete their contract" and they receive payment, they're out and not going to assist with anything that comes from the job they did.
